I am a regular customer of Tanishq.
With the highest quality standards for its customers that Tata lives by, I also believe as much in the products and services provided by Tanishq. However my experience in my last purchases along with some repair that was carried out has left me totally disappointed and dissatisfied with Tanishq. Pls note when it comes to jewellery we spend lacs of rupees and when what is shown and what’s delivered is not upto the mark’ it brings in trust issues.
I would like a call / communication from Tanishq to initiate the fixing of my following issue: had bought 2 bangles and within some time had to revisit for repair of one bangle ‘ which was done and post repair the original polish/ antique look of the bangle was completely ruined which when brought to notice was not attended to properly. I showed the other bangle from the set to match the original antique look which was taken away and to my shock the original bangles polish was changed to match the pathetic polish that was done to the first one. After several requests the bangles were sent to the factory for getting the original polish done - after a wait of one month the bangles came back with pinkish tone and was told it’s the original antique and since it’s newly polished it will set in with original look in sometime. I believed as I was tired of following up and explaining for months and brought them back and put it away. Now during Diwali when I am wearing them I feel so disheartened for the money I spent and the look that I had purchased for have gone to WASTE!!! I would like to get my original bangles that I loved and would request earnestly to get this issue fixed without giving me the hassle of running from one store (bund garden) to another as the staff at your stores are only sales driven and not service-driven once sale done!!! I still believe in TaTa’s core values of valuing customer!!! Please help!!!
