Money got deducted for recharge and recharge not done because of wrong operator and state but the money is not refunded also. Now they are telling like it is success so it can't be refunded. And i need to contact with the operator. I have recharged same number with same operator previously also but that time it got cancelled and my money was refunded then how it got successful the next time. Now whom should i ask for the recharge tapzo or operator. If the details were not correct then how can it become successful. I have already checked with the operator, that no. Doesn't belongs to anyone then where did the money went? Tapzo should absolutely answer this. They are working irresponsibly. How can they mention like i need to contact the operator if the operator was not only correct of that number. How they can recharge an invalid number and deduct the money of the user.
