I have booked round ticket from Chennai to Varanasi through easemy trip planners. Due to Covid-19 the trip was cancelled. Till now my amount is not refunded into my account.
Kindly do the needful.

    Emt67579458 an amount of rs.65325 and above. The payment gate way tapzo is not responding to refund to credi inro my account.. I request the forum needful tome

      Sir i have recharged a phone number [protected] on december 07, 2019 at 3:05 pm through bhim sbi pay and the recharge have been unsuccessful but amount is debited from my account and it hasn't been credited back to my account. So please sir its a humble request to you to solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
      My phone number is [protected] and the recharged amount deducted by tapzo but the recharge is unsuccessful and the amount haven't been credited back to my account... For proof i have attached the photo of that transaction kindly solve the issue as soon as possible,.. Thank you

          Sir,
          My atm and sim card has been stolen from my scooter at scooter parking in savita devi mahavidhalya mohiddinpur, meerut where, i went to appear in b. Ed examination in that college on above said date (11-00 a. M. To 2-00 p. M.) on[protected]. I have lodges fir no. 492/2019 dtd. When i came to know about theft. The thieves has paid amount on 16.7.2019 vide below mentioned transactions:
          I. Upi/[protected]/p2m/[protected]@sbi/coraza technologies.
          Ii. Upi/[protected]/p2m/[protected]@sbi/coraza technologies.
          Iii upi/[protected]/p2m/[protected]@sbi/coraza technologies.
          The police is not interested in deep investigation and my pay tm is also blocked for safety purpose by company. Pl intimate the address of receipeint of money from my paytm through thieves.

          My recharge of rupees 399 for airtel number got failed.

          But amount was debited from my account. But it shows that my transaction is failed and the equivalent amount was deducted from my account. When will I get the refund. I request you to refund the money as soon as possible.

          It will be very helpful if I get the refund earlier as possible

            I booked airline ticket by tapzo via icici app. Amount got deducted instantly however ticket was not processed for next 6 hours. Neither icici support helped not tapzo reachable / available. Tapzo.com just show "thanks you" message. When i reached icici support, they said it is third party and need to be sorted by tapzo only. When i got ticket, it doesnot include meals and free cancellation. Even after a day, matter is not sorted out and no where to contact tapzo.

                This is regarding about my amount debited from [protected]@sbi for an amount of Rs.848 towards idea mobile postpaid payment on 2/06/2019 even iam raised dispute also but not clarified the refrence no[protected] pls clarify immediately what is the actual problem if it will happens like this nobody will do the transactions again complaint is short or long that is not a reply pls solve immediately otherwise i will file case in consumer forum
                Tapzo is the very bad and very poor company for money and ticket cancellation.

                  I tried to recharge my phones three times through bhim sbi pay.It shows the transactions are successful.but my phones do not recharged and the amount is deducted from my account.I lost an amount of Rs.347as total (111+125+111).after the issue I deregistered and reregistered my account.so I lost all transaction history to provide you more informations.so I humbly request you to credit the amount back.

                        Earlier indraprastha gas ltd. New delhi was included in your base under gas utility & i was able to pay my png gas bills of my new delhi house from mumbai. But lately igl new delhi has been excluded from the utility base & i am not able to make payment using bhim sbi pay app using taapzo payment gateway. I am put to hardship due to this exclusion. I expect early action.

                            I had paid my electricity bill for rs.1291/- through bhim sbi pay to my merchant a/c id, which is not credited to biller a/c till now, while my bank a/c has been debited vide customer reference no[[protected]]on dated 5th nov, 2018. Sbi is debited and your vpa a/c [protected]@sbi has been credited but my merchant biller has not been credited. Please confirm the transaction and make payment to my biller, otherwise reverse payment to my a/c, so that i may proceed again. It's not solve within 24 hours will go with legal action.

                                    I recharge my prepaid number from bhim sbi app, they debited my account but recharge is not done by tapzo which is the merchant of sbi app. My transaction id was[protected].. After i made a complaint to sbi they clear raise up their hands by saying that they have debited my account and made the payment to my merchant i. E tapzo but i dnt choose this merchant for my recharge. By default sbi pay make payments thru tapzo they have their contract with them, so they have to take responsiblity for not recharging my number and tapzo are replying to my mail. Plz forum assist me to claim my money back or recharge my number.

                                        Dear sir, i tried to recharge dth by using bhim sbi pay app via [protected]@sbi on 15th june 2018 at 11:30:16am. My account was debited but dth recharge is not successful. And the money is not credited back to my account. Debited vpa: bk[protected]@sbi; mobile no: [protected]; cust ref no:[protected]; amount rs.100. The app shows the transaction is successful, but my dth tv is not recharged. Please refund my money.

                                            This is regarding apdcl electricity bill payment that i did from tapzo app through debit card on 16th may 2018, 12:49 pm as my last date of paying electricity bill is 18th may 2018. Tapzo app showed the transaction is done. But the bill is not paid shown in the main site of apdcl. The amount is rs.1771.85

                                                I have ordered food on 6th april by tapzo of an amount 588.5 rupees, which actually was supposed to serve by zomato.
                                                I got confirmation message from both but the food actually didn't get delivered to me.
                                                I tried to contact many times to tapzo support team but got a very system generated reply and not the solution that too after a week. Now i tried contacting zomato for the same and they are telling they didn't receive any order of mine.
                                                And its almost 8 days yet i didn't get my refund.

                                                  Money got deducted for recharge and recharge not done because of wrong operator and state but the money is not refunded also. Now they are telling like it is success so it can't be refunded. And i need to contact with the operator. I have recharged same number with same operator previously also but that time it got cancelled and my money was refunded then how it got successful the next time. Now whom should i ask for the recharge tapzo or operator. If the details were not correct then how can it become successful. I have already checked with the operator, that no. Doesn't belongs to anyone then where did the money went? Tapzo should absolutely answer this. They are working irresponsibly. How can they mention like i need to contact the operator if the operator was not only correct of that number. How they can recharge an invalid number and deduct the money of the user. This is so horrible that they are working without checking the proper details also.
                                                  I had a bad experience by using tapzo app as i didn receive the cashback. I have ordered food and applied coupon code and the cashback was Rs 100. It has been more than a week i still didn't receive the cashback.

                                                      Yesterday night at 9:58pm i added 500rs in tapzo application.. But right now is 5:44pm of 29 november.. I didn't get my 500 rs which i was added..
                                                      And they are not picking up my calls also even i tried by registered number too..

                                                        This is regarding airtel fixedline payments that i did from tapzo app on 8th oct and 15th oct. I made 4 payments from tapzo i. E., 3 payments of rs. 1000 done on 8th oct and remaining 1 payment of rs.500 done on 15th oct.

                                                        Tapzo app is showing that payment is successful but airtel is saying that they have not received a payment. I got a mail confirmation from airtel nodal as well wherein they have clearly mentioned that they have not received a payment yet and tapzo customer care needs to contacted for that matter.

                                                        Since then i m madly following up with tapzo (Complaint no. 6211638) but its been almost a week they are saying that they have escalated the matter internally. They are not taking the case seriously and swallowed my rs. 3500 in total.

                                                        Meanwhile i got a mail from airtel for clearing the payment as last due date is already crossed because of tapzo. Airtel will stop my services after 31st oct if they will not receive the dues.

                                                        This is my humble request from you to penalise tapzo for atleast clarifying where the funds actually are. Atleast they should make the payment to airtel now.

                                                        Tapzo have finally made a payment to airtel after keeping my money for 24 days... Bad experience with Tapzo but finally my payment is made to airtel... Thanks to Consumer complaints forum :)
                                                        I paid rs 310 on 1jan 2018 by Tapzo app.but mseb has not received it .I made complaint with Tapzo customer care.But Tapzo customer care is not responding.bill details with transaction id has been added with screenshot below

                                                          But airtel not received the payment.

                                                          This is the tapzo app used for recharge purpose and they are leaking your card details and, third party or same party are misusing the information.

                                                          Kindly be alert and please stop the app are do with the secure and we don't want to trust again on you.
