[Resolved]  Tapzo — the amount is not transferred from tapzo wallet to bank account

Hi,
I have paid the electricity bill but it didn't get submitted to the electricity board, so the amount of r. S 781, was still there in my tapzo wallet. I have submitted the request for refund multiple times and still, the company is not able to refund it. Please take this complaint. I still have the emails regarding this transaction refund process as a proof

I have recharge my Airtel no an amount of 399/-but recharge not done but Rs 399/-deduct from my account. So kindly refund an amount of Rs.399/- in my account immediately. Otherwise I complaint in consumers court.

Dear sir/ madam I am recharged jio mobile number on 1 march 2019 Rs.149 but recharge not done and my money deducted to bank account plz help me.
On 26.2.2018 I recharged my mobile no in sbi bhim app.when recharge amount 178 rupees debited and credited to [protected]@sbi.but recharge failed.i raised a dispute on this transaction.but amount not refund.transection details.VPI/DR/[protected]/carazaT_SBIN/[protected]@sbi.[protected].
