[Resolved] Tapzo — deducted my money but dth recharge is not successful.

Dear sir, i tried to recharge dth by using bhim sbi pay app via [protected]@sbi on 15th june 2018 at 11:30:16am. My account was debited but dth recharge is not successful. And the money is not credited back to my account. Debited vpa: bk[protected]@sbi; mobile no: [protected]; cust ref no:[protected]; amount rs.100. The app shows the transaction is successful, but my dth tv is not recharged. Please refund my money.
