Tapzo — recharge failure

I tried to recharge my phones three times using bhim sbi pay.it shows the trsnsaction is successful.but my phones do not recharged but the amount is deducted from my account.l lthought that it is because any change in the settings of my app .so l deregistered my account and reregistered.so lost transaction history . I lost an amount of Rs.347 (111+125+111) as total. l cannot provide more information.plese refund my amount
