Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that employees of TASMAC elite inside Vijaya Forum mall, Vadapalani, Chennai are charging a minimum of ₹20/- to ₹30/- extra every bottle. When asked why, they say this is for the “service” they provide and they are asking me to understand Tamilnadu’s “situation”! When asked for a printed bill they say the machine is broken and have given me a handwritten bill which I am attaching. Request you to please take appropriate action on this matter immediately and help in changing this Tamilnadu’s very bad “situation”. Thank you.

Whenever we buy a product from TASMAC. No bills been provide to consumers. Moreover employees at TASMAC sell products above the MRP. Is this according to government norms.

Purchased a full bottle of Antiquity Blue at the Adayar, Chennai Tasmac elite shop on 9-10.2020. The MRP in the bottle is 1240 and i was charged Rs 1280. When asked for the additional charges they were not answering properly . This is big corruption . Need action from the responsible people.

I have purchased 3 turbog bear mrp is 150 at tasmac elit in kasi complex but they have collected 160 each. This is not first time such things and this is not surprising to you because all you know. However try to do something. Loyalty for salary from public money.

Here I have register complaint (second time) against the above mentioned wine shop. This shop shop is located center of residency area. Here whoever come to wine shop those drunker drinking, pass urine and broken bottle after drinking in front of the house, it is happening everyday and also we have gave to the complaint two weeks ago local police station by the complaint letter which is printed in the letter those illegal activities and we are request to change in this wine shop out of residency area.
Please sir complaint so many times against in this shop, but still we are facing same problem daily please take the severe action immediately.
Attached photos for your reference which is happened today around 3am, same time I have informed local police they never taken action.

Last week my friend and i purchased some liquor bottles from two shops opposite to dlf located in mount poonamale road.

1) 1st floor - foreign liquor shop
Purchased louis verant - bottle mrp was 920 and i had to pay 950/-. Two beers they charged 10 rs extra for each bottle.

2) just adjacent there is another tasmac shop and i bought vodka + bacardi rum + resolute + white rum + 2 bottles of beer. I was charged 360/ - extra in total (Beer 30 per bottle extra).
Quarter and half they charge anything between 50 to 75 per bottle.

An illegally one family selling Wines without TASMAC permission, Regarding this issue, lot of drinkers were coming for this illegal wine shop and harassing every one and all the families were facing lot of troubles regarding this issue, lot of rouges and drinkers roaming in the streets and harassing ladies, driven the bikes very fastly, so request you to kindly take necessary action against him,

1) mrp violations - over charging nearly 100 rs.
2) not issuing bills
3) if anyone questions - threatening with the rowdies.

The above said tasmac outlet is not giving bills to the customer.

They are collecting amount more than the mrp : more than rs. 100+ for full bottles.

Where this money goes?

Is this a type of black money?

By using government outlets, someone cheating the customers.

If anyone questioning this illegal activities, then they will threaten with the rowdies

Kindly take necessary actions on this isuue.

Tasmc outlet on valluvarkottam high road, nungambakkam, opposite new devi pharmacy, is charging ₹ 30 extra for 750 ml bacardi lemon (Priced at ₹ 920).

Today I brought Kingfisher bear at velachery-perungudi railway station shop.

Original MRP Rs. 150 but they charged me Rs. 170/-

I haven't asked any think due to fear.

Please take action against those salesperson who charge extra money for selling the alcohol.

Above mentioned wine shop is located on the residency area and which is not maintaining social distance and no wearing mask with proud on front of home. Even though those person drinking same location. So it will get more double to near living family members and more chances to causes corono at present scenario. We are kindly request ask further severe action against in this issue permanently as so os as possible immediately.

Today i have bought xo quater and they charged around 190 rupees but in the label i can see only 150 ruppes. Not only in this case.. For all the cases they are charging like anything.
Please let us know how to proceed further.

Dear sir,
Last saturday on 8.8.20 (7pm) i bought a accord premium brandy (750ml) from above said store. Bottle sticker price mrp: rs: 560/- only but sales man collected from me rs:645/- that is rs 85 has been overcharged from me. But when i re approached the store sales man justified real price is rs: 645/-.
Pls look in to this matter.

Illegal sales of alcohol ongoing on improper time abivously on night time at thirupalathurai, papanasam unlicensed bar. Please take action about that. This action will more helpful for to stop younger people getting more addicted to alcohol....

Today on 28-7-20, i went to the tasmac shop at cheyyar, tiruvannamalai dt to buy liquor. On my surprise they charged extra rs.10 per bottle. The innocent people gave extra amount and scolding them for that. I argued the tasmac supplier to give for the amount printed in the bottle. But they refused to do so. Then i have informed him that i will made a complaint to the authorities. Even then he refused to give. He then gives other persons who is giving extra amount. He is not at all worried about my complaint information. Then i returned without any purchase.

Extra 50 rs take from mrp

If any human in tasmac is reading this complaint, make sure you react to it and not continue eating bajji, bonda.

The tasmac immediately has to take action against tasmac shop corruptions. They happily ask rs. 300 more than mrp for a full (750ml) bottle. For each 175 ml, they charge approx. 40 to 60 more than mrp. When asked, they say the price is changed. What the heck is going on. This is legal robbery. Take immediate action, else sit and eat bajji, bonda.

There are 1000s of complaints made and no answer to anything.
