I am from kovur eb, we are facing the problem of non availability kf beer in tasmac newly opened near kovur eb and same time the bar owners selling kf beer while tasmac is open. The bar owners selling kf beer for rs-180/- (Rs — 40 extra for coolin purpose) tasmac sellers handover all quantity to bar owners for commission, so plaes take immediate action for this. And also helps us to buying all beer items from tasmac shop. Thanks for understanding..

ஒரு லட்சம் ரூபாய் சராசரி விற்பனைக்கு 5% முறைகேடான வருமானமீட்ட டாஸ்மாக் விற்பனையாளர்களுக்கு மேற்பார்வையாளர்களும், அதிகாரிகளும் நிபந்தனை விதிக்கின்றனர்.

நிலவரம் இப்படியே போனால் டாஸ்மாக் அறிவிக்கப்படாத தனியார் மயமாகி விடும்

I raised this Issue with concern person. Supervisor and salesman with local gundas support they attacked me.

Note: Regarding this I sent an Email to Vice president, CM cell, Collector but there action.

I purchased 12 kingfisher bottle mrp ₹120, 1 richmans rum & 1 signature whiskey 750ml for ₹520 & 760 respectively bringing the total to ₹2720. I made this purchase from the tasmac located at suntech city mall, purasawakkam and they asked for ₹2880 on my questioning them as to why they are charging extra and saying that i will pay with the hip bar app the guy at the counter suddenly becomes rude and says you cannot take a crate of beer so go and take 12 bottles individually and told me to get a bag from home for the purchase. There was a lot of altercation thereafter as i denied paying the extra amount and told them i will pay as per the mrp and nothing more. These goons are over charging everyone and nobody questions them as they become defensive and aggressive. They have over charged me always in the past 3 years that i have been going to them and eversince i got the hip bar app i have always paid mrp and they always fight with me when i do. I request that you look into this matter, this is utter harrassment in the name of extortion and is wrong.

Tasmac shop at gandhi salai near velachery dhandeeswarar temple is creating nuisance to devotees & spoiling the temple tank.

The drunkards procure drinks from the shop & sit in the temple tank & drop bottles making the place untidy.

Please relocate the shop elsewhere as otherwise the sanctity of this temple is badly affected.

The executive officer had also given complaint in this regard.
The police are also finding it difficult to control the drunkards.

This unnecessarily gives a bad name to government.

Hence relocation of this shop to a location which does not disturb the public is the only solution.

I had petitioned to cm special cell and as per their suggestion, we hereby petition you to take action.

Tasmac - elite shops collecting 300- 500 rs extra for imported liquor and 100-200 rs for indian liquor products

This complaint may not resolve by the officials, just wanted to show my experience with the elite shop persons. I was located in navalur, so i used to purchase wine and some other products from the elite shop at vivira mall. Normally if the wine cost 800 rs mrp (Printed in the bottle) then they will sold it for 880 or 960. If i ask them why it is like this, they are telling me ' this is an old printed price amount'. But whatever the price is printed on the bottle should be sold. And they are not even giving the receipt of selling the liquor. If we argue with those people, they have "gundas" to deal with the customer. They are telling that you can file a complaint to any one. Nobody going to take action. Yes they are true. Nobody is perfect in this tasmac, those who are governing this tasmac, they also getting the commision of sold amount.

Selling rs 65 beer at rs 75.
The sticker on the beer clearly says 65 inclusive of all taxes..
The beer was not even kept in a refrigerator.. Direct from the crate..
Why are they charging rs 10 extra..
They are also charging 2% extra for card swiping also.. This is ridiculousness...

Sir.. Namakkal district kalangani and puthensanthai 2wineshop 24*7 sales running.. Many more people drink and wrong behaviours... Kindly please sir... Wineshop time only 12am to 10pm. So kindly this time only allow sales timeing. Kalangani and puthensanthai place sales persion name is rajkumar. So please resolve this problem sir. This people handilng weareat behaviours and also wrong handing thoughts. So take action sir

Sir pls check this issue.11.09.2018 tambaram elite tasmac i will go 3 kingfisher beer. Total cost 390 rupees but store keeper total 450 very cheap person why per bottle 20 rupees extra i wii charge... Pls this complaint very quickly resolve.

Every out let of tasmac are charging 10
% extra from the customers without any hesitation, also not billing. Please be honest are you involved in the scam since you keep silent despite various complaints since years. We the consumer will react. See the neighbours in kerala they give you computer bill and exact balance. The only option is to boycott buying liquor from tamil nadu, i am kerala and shall bring liquor while on official tour. Please resolve the issue, just imagine the income of the sales person in every out let, it comes to thousands or lakh, why allow or give permission

Yesterday (23/08/18) i bought xo brandy from kolathur outlet near retteri. Mrp printed on the bottle is ₹600/-. But they charged me ₹ 630/-. I asked about the extra charge to shopkeeper. But he ignored my query and shouted, if you want bottle pay this amount, otherwise get out. This extra charge not only from me. Everybody paying extra charge for the bottle. So kindly take a necessary action.. Here i have attached the person who charged extra and shouted me.

I'm here to inform u that the kodikambam bus stop wish shop eventually closed earlier.. It have been closed 9.15 to 9.30. After that they give liquor by block. Some rowdy r for distribute the liquor. 1. கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து டாஸ்மார்க் கடைகளில் உள்ள விற்பணையாளர்கள் மது பாட்டில்களை கூடுதல் விலைக்கு விற்பனை செய்து வருகிறார்கள். அதாவது ஒரு மதுபாட்டிள்களுக்கு ரூ.10/- வீதம் விற்பணை செய்துவருகிறார்கள்.
2. கடையில் விற்பணை இல்லாத நேரங்களில் மேற்பார்வையாளர், மாவட்ட மேலாளர் மட்டும் (Srm) சீனியர் ரிலீஜியன் மேனேஜர் அவர்களின் ஆதரவோடு ஒரு பாட்டிலுக்கு ரூ. 5/- வீதம் பார் உரிமையாளருக்கு விற்க்க கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது.
3. Mc, vsop போன்ற அதிகமாக விற்பணையாகும் மதுவகைகளை இரவு நேரங்களில் சட்ட விரோதமாக விற்கும் நபர்களுக்கு கடை விற்பணையாளர்கள் அதிக விலைக்கு விற்பனைசெய்கிரார்கள்.
4. அரசுக்கு வாடகை செலுத்தாத பார்களுக்கு உருதுணையாக இருந்து மது பாட்டில்களை ரூ. 5/- கூடுதல் விலைக்கு விற்பணைசெய்கிறார்கள்.
5. மது பாட்டில் வாங்கும் நுகர்வோருக்கு விற்பணையாளர்கள் பில் கொடுப்பதில்லை.
6. காலை அரசு நிர்நையத்த நேரத்திற்கு பின்பும் கடை திறக்கப்படுகிறது, கடை அடைப்பதற்கு அறைமணி நேர முன்பே அடைக்கப்படுகிறது. ஏனெனில் பார் உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு மறைமுகமாக விற்பனை செய்ய உதவுகின்றனர்.
7. மேலும் கடை விற்பனையாளர்கள் இடமாற்றம் மற்றும் அவர்விரும்பும் கடைகளுக்கு பணியில் அமரவும் மாவட்ட மேலாளர்களுக்கு கைகூழியாக மேற்பார்வாயளர் நெடுமாரன் இருந்து வருகீறார்.
8. நெடுமாரன் மேலாளராக தற்பொழுது வீரகேரளத்தில் பணியாற்றுவதோடு தன் உறவினர்களை வைத்து சட்டவிரோதமாக மது விற்பனை செய்து வருகிறார்.
9. மேல்கண்ட சட்ட விரோத செயல்களுக்கு கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து கடைகளில் உள்ள விற்பனையாளர்களிடம் மாதாமாதம் ஒரு கடைக்கு ரூ. 20, 000/- வீதம் கையூட்டு பெற்றுக்கொண்டு தனக்காக ஒரு பங்கும் மாவட்ட மேலாளர் மற்றும் மற்ற அதிகாரிகளுக்கும் பணம் வசூல் செய்து கொடுத்துவருகிறார்.
ஆகவே மேல்கண்ட சட்ட விரோத செயல்களுக்கு உறுதுணையாக இருக்கும் மேற்பார்வையாளர் நெடுமாரனையும். நெடுமாரனுக்கு உறுதுணையாக இருக்கும் மாவட்ட மேலாளர் மீதும், விற்பனையாளர்கள் மீதும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும்படி பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
