I am a regular customer of tasmac elite shop in 10 square mall, koyambedu.in the particular shop the sales men charged extra 10 to 100 rs. on mrp regularly and while am asking any question against them, they asking me to raise complaint wherever i wish. the slaesmen behaviour is so rude. many times i have complained against this and no actions will take still. please take necessary actions immediately otherwise i will complaint in the cm cell.

The elite tasmac has been overcharging people by 5-10% over the printed MRP. A pint of Hoegaarden beer which costs about 200 rs in other metros is being sold for Inr 350/-.. the label of MRP( which looks dubious) says the price is INR 330/-..
This happens every-time on purchase of any imported liquor.

If govnt isn't unable to curb this corruption, they should rather issue private licences to businesses to run it professionally.

The staff is talking to everybody like his slave even though I am buyling a product of 140 rs by paying excess of 145 rd. Please take action against the staff. Normally only one person is available in this shop which is situated near balajinagar busstand Pallikaranai on velachery tambaram main road near kamakshi hospital . I never behaved incorrectly.

Sub: TASMAC SHOP AND BAR IN RESIDENTIAL AREA

This bar is totally functioning in a totally residential area and this is at the entrance of the street starting; Presently, the business has increased and there is a lot of nuisance in the area and people stand on the road and make a lot of noise.
This nuisance created is until late night and this bar is open even after the normal working hours of 10pm; They are open till 12 midnight and it is difficult for the ladies and children to
walk in the street safely.

SO FAR LOT OF FIGHTS & MISBEHAVIOUR HAPPENED & TILL HAPPENING

More ever, there is also a TEMPLE near the tasmac shop and this is totally not acceptable as per law.

We kindly request the forum to take immediate steps to relocate the bar to another non- residential area, so that the residents of this street can lead a peaceful life.

Please kindly do the needful.

Stench o[censored]rine and vomit and sights of drunkards greet commuters every day on the busy LB Road near the Thiruvanmiyur signal. Within a 300m stretch on LB Road there are four Tasmac outlets that have spawned a few roadside eateries which are patronised by the inebriated. Residents of Gitanjali Colony situated in the middle of the two state-run wine shops say their life is hell. The colony is a camping site for the drunks, some of who are often found unconscious in front of houses. The woes of residents near 185, L.B.Road the outlet causes great hindreance to the public. The road is totally occupied by the durkards and nearby there are few working women hostel, schools and small amman temple wherein the residents are undergoing daily hurdles. Adding to their day to day difficulties, the residents of Judges Avenue say, these drunken men steal iron fittings like water pipeline valves from residential compounds. The TASMAC should clarify how the registered license issued to 4 outlets in the same locality. Necessary action to be taken to close /shut down /wind up the outlet operating opposite Judges Avenue near No:185, L.B.Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-41

Sir, There is a TASMAC SHOP in Coimbatore, Avarampalyam (shop no :1530) sir this shop is functioning at the same place for the past 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, almost more the 15 years plus.shop is near to the bus stand, and vihsnu temple near by which is very close, and sir this shop has created so many addicted drunker s, so many of them has vanished, and the near by house residents has left the place home for rented, and even some of them has sold properties, what ever the govt comes this shop takes its own position without changing its place, almost all the problems are faced the near by residents, Drunker s drinking in the streets, passing urine in streets, sleeping in the streets in with half naked & unconscious, using bad words in streets in tamil, there is no respect for the ladies walking in the streets and standing in the bus stand, no respect for the vishnu temple near by, drunker s coming early in the morning & and knowing the iron door s of the shop which creates a loud noise repeating the bar attender name, even the bar creates allowed noise sing the song and midnight, & most important problem some of the drunkers beg for money for drinking, they enter in to near by house with unconscious mind and ask for liquor, even use our parking place as their sleeping place, if we try to vacate them they will use bad words, vomiting in front of the other men house, and passing urine, even some of the case has registered but no use this bar is function almost 365/24 hrs non stop, this shop is creating so many trouble for the past 18 years to the near by residents only, complaints are raised but no use, sir if the shop continues for further years it will create more & more drunkers in our area kindly consider our request in behalf of the residents near by, shift the shop to some other place save our area people please

Hi I bought a 375ml bottle of old cask rum on Oct 10 2014 and it is a duplicate. I drank 2 pegs and it smells like medicine and very thin. Not sure what they have mixed with.i have the bottLe wwith me containing the remaining liquid and need to know where I need to complain tthis. Shop is opposite to prestige cyber towers in chennai. Respected Sir Iam staying in North chennai near tondiarpet, in my area all tasmac shops royapuram tolgate tondiarpet thirvotriyur, in this all areas 650 ml all variety beer selling for 120 rupees in weekdays, weekends 120 to 140 they all selling. We ask about mrp price, tasmac person simply saying goverment order, so we are collecting extra 10 rupees for per bottle...but in website 650 ml beer 110 ruppes only published.So kindly check an...

Hi this s kutti from salem. am not complaining about any specific wine shops. all are following the same thing of getting Rs.10 extra for a beer and Rs.5 extra for a quarter, , if above this means they will collect more than that. How they are getting this from public, and who gave rights for them. Goverment offering salary for them. Then y the hell they are getting more money fr the product. If possible pls take action on it.

Dear sir, I am Chennai based guy. I bought beer bottle in TASMAC shop, Perumbakkm, Chennai (600100), Next to Karur Visya ATM centre. Wine shop guy charged 10rs extra on every beer bottle and when enquired about it they did not responded me properly. So kindly take the action on the wine shop people. Dear sir, I am a Indian citizen. Yesterday i am going to TASMAC from musiri(Old bus stand shop) trichy district. i will purchased 1 kolt beer as per the bottle price Rs.100 but shop keeper collected by Rs.110 bill not given to me. per day minimum 200 beer has sales ed all the customers purchase per beer Rs.110. So kindly action for as per the price amount collection. so many citizen's are very useful. Thank you...

Respected sir/mam i am Rajesh khanna from tamilnadu here in tamilnadu all tasmac employees cheating the people every product have been selled in high cost as mentioned in the product if any one asking to the tasmac employee they are threatening the people there salary is minimum 7000 per month but they are earning daily 7000 it is people money y they are cheating and earning money???? Sometimes they are scolding an uneducated people in an rubbish and dangerous words in an india the giving the right money and cant purchase a product every where corruption the people starting there corruption from tasmac and gives the mkney to every people who charges much amount as not proper to the product if this right indian citizen plzz take any step to clear thiss corruption in this all politicians have been involved take further step to local and drinking people already they are wasting there money in tasmac and they wasting more money by providing over rate kindly take any step INDIANS

Please shift the TASMAC (Shop No: 9711) shop to some other area as it is situated at the main Bazaar. This is causing a lot of trouble to all people; ladies, office goers, residents, school going children. This TASMAC lies close to many residences, shops. Many of the people who come here to this TASMAC keep fighting, use foul language and tease the passerby and ladies too. There are also constantly two or three people who are completely drunk and are lying down on the streets. They constantly litter the area and throw their bottles and used cups in front of our houses and shops. This is becoming a very great Public nuisance and most of our families and friends are scared to pass-by this shop. In view of our community living peacefully and for us to also provide a better example to our children we request you to have the TASMAC (Shop No: 9711) shifted to a different location. Tasmac Wine shop no 1755 in coimbatore, always they used to open in morning 5' O clock itself, People are feeling very ashamed for going to get milk or buy other store. near bus stop the drunken people always troubling them who are waiting for buses. Polices are not warning for this..they not saying for this...please make sum arrangement.

Most respectfully I want to say that i have been cheated by Tasmac college which is in Pune & was neither AICTE nor UGC approved nor provided placement
Hence suffering from Huge Financial, Monetary losses!

Almost approximately 7 Lakhs wasted in those 2 years at college campus(College Fees+Hostel Fees+Tuition Fees+Books+Projects+Food+Transporation+etc)
since past 3 years I am Jobless because according to Indian Government(Law)my college is Unrecognised:- i.e. neither AICTE nor UGC approved
due to which yet I am suffering
As I belong to a poor Family & was the only Last Hope of my old parents & college destroyed my innocent Life(miserable Future), cheated me a lot

as I told you that I wasted 7Lakhs(Proof of all receipts I have, if you want I can show you anytime)
so I Just want Compensation which should be atleast 75% of the money Invested unnecessarily(Wastage)

Just wanted COMPENSATION for the Huge Loss which i am still suffering since past 5 years

PRIYA WINES on HABIBULLAH ROAD 5 schools in surrounding and a wine shop in between - how is this justified ?? Empty bottles, empty water packets & food garbage all lying in middle of the road and making our children pass through it everyday. Wines(hot drinks) is selling black market in TASMAC wineshop bar ( WINESHOP NUMBER 11265) on sell at 5 a.m at early morning & late night 11 pm also sell that wines.
selling at double rate of (MRP).

so,

School childrens & working girls, talk and activities. Public also disturbed daily. Familys are disturbed in that cheap drinkers...
drinkers make a public nuisance...


Please replace that wineshop to out of village & I require take action to bar owner ,
helpful for the public peoples are relax...

Hi,
This is not happening only in chennai. its happening all over tamilnadu.
In tasmac they used to charge more than the MRP amount quoted in the bottle.
For 360ml(whisky,brandy and rum) they used to charge 35 rupees extra. This is not applicable for the alcoholic drinks less than 100 rs. Even a kingfishers beer they sell it for 130 rs. If we ask anything about the rate or if we ask for a bill they behave very rudely. Am sure that these kind of fraud activities happening for past two years. They won't provide bills for anything.
