I wish to bring to your kind notice that your retail staff accross the wine stores in and around moggapair west and Nolumbur road area over charge in the name of price rise and when questioned they make sarcastic commets or may even abuse..

It is very unfortunate that such treatment is metted out to the customers, though i am not a habitual drinker ,i can only imagine the plight of the regulars.

New Tasmac wine shop came up on a thick residentail area which is affecting livelihood of all residents and kids cant able to study and girls cant able to safely.. inspite of 7 wine shops TN government approved another one within a 1 km radius

TamilNadu government owned TASMAC need to do something to stop the nuisance

In the tasmac wine shops the Sellers are charging 5 rupees extra per beer,quarter.and 15 rupees extra for the full bottle brandy and wiskey.


All the three shops in poonamallee are following the same principle.Kindly take action on these things.

In Famous TASMAC Shop at Velachery named as "Roof Garden" (located opposite to Murgan Kalyana Mandapam) in 100ft road is charging 10 rupees additional for one beer bottle. sir, in parthibanur town - 623608 at ramanathapuram district, tamilnadu, the tasmac (government wine shop) is located just opposite to the Crescent school. this is the school particularly for small children up to 10th standard. the presence of government tasmac is great nuisance to the children. it may spoil the young minds. will anybody take necessary action.

this is to bring to your kind notice that the TASMAC government run liquor outlets in Tamilnadu are charing over and above the MRP to customers.

Example Beer bottle costing rs.70 is being sold at rs.75 to 80 per bottle. Other hard liquor bottles anywhere between Rs.50 to 300 per bottles...

There is no mechanism to stop this corruptions. Moreover they also sell adulterated liquor along with this.

Charging more than MRP.

TASMAC liquior shop in Karapakkam (Opposit Shiva Tample or behind the bus stop) is charging more than the MRP. There is 2 to 5 rupees extra per quarter is charging strictly by the staff deputed in that shop. No querry is entertained by the staff, simply they denied to give the material.

I Request the concerned authority to take appropriate action against the staff immediately.

In the Tasmac shops all the beer items are sold above MRP prices and if we question the shopkeepers they are telling no beer stocks. I request the authorities to streamline and stop this attitude and stop this corruption practices by the tasmac employees ....

Tasmac shops have not only been a revenue earner for the Government , but even to the shop sales team as they have not only charging more than Rs.25 per bottle , but also been selling spurious liquor and duplicate stuff . It smells thinner (which is used for paints) . The situation was actually better before Tasmac shops came into existence where govt introduced such co-op shpos only to stop other private sellers from distributing duplicate...

Both DMK and AIADMK is having their own distilleries in Tamil Nadu.To sell their own products Government formed by DMK and AIADMK is not allowing branded distilleries to sell their product to general public.Instead of allowing Branded alcohol, government is selling the product manufactured by their own party, which makes these parties to create huge profit.

Rs.5/- per bottle x say1000 bottles/day =Rs.5,000/- x 30days =Rs.1,50,000/- (one shop)

I am living in lalapet near to thirukoilur, rishivanthiyam taluk. TASMAC liquior shops in lalapet is charging more than the MRP. Recently the T N Govt. has rounded off the prices in order to avoid the employess not to take the balance amount which they refuse to pay back to the customers and to increase the revenuve to the govt. All the efforts taken by the Tamil nadu govt, is waste and the employees are charging again...

You know that in tamilnadu the relail shops of wines,beer,brandy and all other spirit items are run by the government of tamilnadu in name of TASMAC the employeesare supposed to be government employees who get their salart ,bonus and incentives in spite of all these they go begging , harassing the customers by collecting Rs 2/- to Rs 10/- but the gont closes itv eyes in this regard, inspite of complaints made by the consumers ....
