I bought 2 Amstel beer for 380/- and while checking the label it is mentioned as 170/- MRP for a beer. Not only for beer but I bought 750ml of old Monk rum for 780/- whereas the label it is mentioned as 660/- MRP. This had happened in tasmac around Tambaram, specifically camp road shop which is opposite to BHARAT hospital & near Medavakkam to Vengaivasal high road. Please correct these unrighteous ### before I take a legal action against these tasmac shops.

In Denkanikotta Tasmac is located near lakkasandram on hogenakal state highway. it's worrying that lakkasandram bus stop, holy cross school, church (place of worship) and government high school is located nearby this tasmac. this path often used by Young school girls, women and public.
Considering the safety of general public and school kids please take necessary action to remove /relocate the tasmac from current location before something unlikely happen. Please treat this in high priority and help us.

I recently purchased 2 bottles of Signature Whisky 1 litre bottles from Tasmac Elite Anna Nagar 2nd Avenue. I opened up one bottle and it tasted very bland...I have been buying this brand regularly from the same shop but only this time it was different.
I am attaching a photo of the batch and details. I still have the 2nd bottle unopened just in case it needs to be tested.

Tasmac liquor seller name is mani he his working in tasmac liquor seller in Ernavoor lift gate tasmac he is using bad words i am asking beer but he told i have no beer go and buy bar i told y should i pay 200rs for that beer I don’t need cooling so give me normal warm beer to me so he is using bad words to me please make it actions to tat person & tell them give respect to all costumers please 🙏🏻

My self Stephen from pallipattu in my hometown there is a only one wine shop allocated whenever I will go buy beer in shop the supervisor advice me to go to bar and buy a beer at Rs.140 MRP they selling in to Rs.200 and also bar people are selling the liquor in bar from night 10 PM to next day 12 PM in block they are selling liquor in this duration kindly take necessary action against to the bar owner if you need more clarification this activity please check with your wine shop cctv camera.

The same complaint I have given to Mr.Kalaimanan from tiruvallur office he has fail to responded Mr.Kalaimanan phone number is [protected] got the number from TASMAC SRM office.

In Tasmac retail shop situated at kandanchavadi behind princeinfocity at Rajeev Gandhi it highway they are selling liquours more than mrp rate about 20-50% price hike and if anybody ask regarding this the liquor vending person use rubbish words and they say you can give the complaint to tamilnadu cm..no body have the gutts to take action against us.. like that they are saying..so we request you to take necessary action against them..

I went to purchase some beer and vodka from your elite shop in Shanti colony. At the billing counter when I asked them to bill only MRP, they began to abuse me by saying aren't you capable of giving extra 20-30 bucks ? One cashier even said switch off the cooler, let them buy warm beer and go if they can't give extra. Other one said, who will pay for shopping basket etc. ? Then I pointed out saying, can I ask you Rs.100 for petrol that I spent coming to your shop ? You will say, why should I pay you right, likewise why should I pay you extra for the reasons you are mentioning above ? Then both the cashiers and another short man who was in the shop started abusing me for asking for MRP billing and asked me to get out.
Is this the way you treat customers. When I pointed out saying, even your MD says products should be billed at MRP only, they stated saying, MD will say whatever he wants in public. But all this extra money goes right upto him !
If this is true, it is so sad. You people should learn from neighboring karnataka where MRP shops are clearly advertised and products sold on MRP only.

This abusive behavior of your employees is found at both your Anna Nagar elite stores.

I have purchased BOLS XO EXCELLENCY BRANDY from R.S .PURAM, COIMBATORE ELITE SHOP, where they didn't display any price list or price is not printed in the BOTTLE / BOX, and not provided any bills. This is against the consumer rights and against the law. They charged Rs.1030/ for the same which is paid through credit card.

So kindly do needful and do justice to consumers

I am expecting immediate refund or I am ready to go further.. It’s not big amount but I won’t let useless people have my amount. Attitude of the staffs really made me do this, I will screw all of them.

I have received statement of amount being paid on that day and these people still denying the case imagine how illiterate staffs are running the liquor shop, forget tipping them I won’t even pay single coin 🪙

I know how edc works and declined transaction, these staffs seems hijack the cash and claimed the card amount as paid amount.

On 24th May I purchased liquor worth Rs.1100 due connectivity issue or carelessness of the characterless staff transaction was declined twice but amount debited from one of my card, I closed bill paying cash and I was ignored and denied to give explanation of my debited amount, I tried many times but from shop people to their customer care ignored the case when I shared reference number to statements.. I feels that I am helpless now, I won’t let these people have my money just like that it is better to donate someone rather than losing this amount, so I will hunt until I got my payment back.

I visited Elite TASMAC Vijayanagar on 10/6/22.bought a bottle of BLACK &WHITE Scotch whiskey. The persons at the sales counter wanted me to pay Rs1900. But MRP was only Rs 1850.last month also I had the same experience. I observed that they collect Rs 50 extra from every body. Why this is happening. I was very particular not to pay more. Then they reluctantly accepted Rs 1850 . But no bill was given. They collected extra from others can't the government stop this or ruling party members are also involved in this.

I brought old mink rum today at Keelkattalai tasmac elite shop no 4157 who charged Rs. 20 extra per bottle. In all shops illegally charging Rs. 10 extra but this guy charged in my credit card as Rs740 instead 720 though in bottle it has been mentioned as Rs640. Please take action on this

Hi the elite tasmac at vr mall is charging 10 rupees extra for a beer can that I bought if I ask them, they are asking me to get out and taking back the beer.

Are you people governing or looking at allowing people to fleece citizens? No one has taken steps to stop this corruption though it is an open secret. Does media need to get in to highlight issues? Sad governance…

In many areas in Chennai either in Tasmac or Elite shops, they're collecting above than MRP which is mentioned.

Eg.
For 180 ml extra 10
For 375 ml extra 20
For 750 ml extra 40.

If like this they're looting then what for they're getting salary and why fixing MRP prices.If asked then they're saying as we're giving commission to others.Who is getting that commission and why it was fall on customers head. Hope this can be controlled

Every time I bought the bottle by paying extra 10RS in all the TASMAC even in the elite also. But recent days TASMAC in the thiruvottiyur area they collecting 30/- extra than the original price. Yesterday I bought one SNJ 10000 beer by paying 220/- instead of 150/-. That store is located in thiruvottiyur theyradi metro, exact opposite to the post office. Kindly take the necessary action against this.

I am from Medavakkam, we are facing the problem of non availability kf beer in tasmac (Medavakkam near next to new prince college) and same time the bar owners selling kf beer while tasmac is open. The bar owners selling kf beer for rs-190/- (Rs — 30 extra for coolin purpose) tasmac sellers handover all quantity to bar owners for commission, so plaes take immediate action for this. And also helps us to buying all beer items from tasmac. I inform them I’m going to complaint they said if you complain police will come and collect money nothing happen bar worker said like this…

Tasmac shop approved location is back side of the College road, but they make another entrance in front of the College road which is not approved, so College girls and ladies getting fear and trouble to enter this way.so we kindly request to take an action against them.

We reside in Darasuram, Kumbakonam. Here in wine shop for each beer they -612702, charging extra 10rs from MRP price.

But the actual price in the site mentioned as 130rs ( just for example I have taken black pearl super strong beer ).
But they charging 160 rupees. Who is getting cheated here.

Govt is getting profit from us. But why govt/tasmac people is cheating us. Asking 30 rupees extra one beer is ridiculous.

It is happening in every tasmac. I dont know, whether government knows it or not.

Government has to take immediate action.
