இராணிப்பேட்டை மாவட்டம் வாலாஜா தாலூக்கா எல்லைக்குட்பட்ட டாஸ்மாக் மதுபான கடையில்(கடை எண்:11136)அரசு நிர்னைத்த விலையை விட ஒ௫ குவட்டர் 10 ௫பாய் அதிக விலையை விற்பனையாளர் கேட்கிறார் அப்படி தரவில்லை என்றால் மதுபானம் கிடையாது என்று சொல்கிறார் மற்றும் நீ யார்ரிடம் போய் சொன்னாலும் என்னை ஒன்றும் செய்ய முடியாது ஒ௫மையில் சொல்கிறார் .ஆகையால் ஆய்வு அவர்கள் அந்த கடையை விசாரணை செய்து விற்பனையாளர் மீது துறைரிதியான சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு அய்யா அவர்களை கேட்டுகொள்கிறேன்.நன்றி

Hi, the bar in chettikulam is charging extremely high price also they are selling it on black by which many of people are getting problems day to day life. They are even selling in government holidays and spoiling our good day. I request you to take proper and necessary actions against them. As they have local police support they are doing this very freely and with ease.

Sub: Complaint against Illegal Liquor & Ganja Shop – Veppanapalli Village

This is to draw your attention to one of the most serious matters in our village and society i.e. opening of a liquor & Ganja shop. We are residents of Bazaar Street, Opp to Old Columbo Stores Shop, Veppanapalli Village, Krishnagiri District and all are educated and own families and children as well. With all my due respect, I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that we have problem with our neighbour Mr. Ramu Shetty, who is selling illegal liquor and Ganja in our residential area. Mr. Ramu Shetty was in the process of preparing fake liquor and Ganja to make good sales. He had been indulging in the activity for over one and half years. But no action has been taken against them yet after multiple complaints made by the local public. He does not have any license, it is illegal business. Operating Illegal Liquor Shop without a licence is a serious offence. It is always irritating to walk on this road. This liquor shop has attracted our young children and the customer of this shop is increasing rapidly that is the matter of grave concerns for all parents. Young children’s are being addicted to alcoholic liquid, Ganja and wasting their time and health in unethical activities. It is promoting the use of liquor and Ganja among youngsters which is very dangerous for society. We cannot see the ruining of our Young children’s future in front of our eyes. It is, therefore, requested that necessary action may please be taken against the illegal opening of a liquor shop at Bazaar Street, Next to Old Columbo Stores Shop, Veppanapalli Village, Krishnagiri District.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i was a resident of swathi apartments 10th avenue main road Ashok nagar for over 25 yrs with the TASMAC in place for same period of time. Since 2014 i moved out of the existing residential zone. Considering the eight year long period i am unable to rent out or sell the property as the TASMAC is a big hindrance for any residential activity. Adding to the never ending list are few listed below:
1. Attached bar with the TASMAC has exhaust fan throwing out the air to the residential zone creating foul smell in the entire building and surrounding
2. The drainage constantly overflows into the residential section adding to UN-hygienic condition .
3. Evening hours always sees large crowd accumulation in TASMAC with vehicles parked all over causing hindrance for people moving in and out of the building.
4. Siting no movement of people, despite keeping the gate closed, many drunk people step inside to litter around, and extreme cases are that people have entered the building and utilized the terrace by breaking open the lock and use for partying. Evidences are liquor bottles and cigarette butts lying all over
5. Out of 7 houses only 2 are occupied with only 1 resident in the entire apartment which gives a clear picture about the situation of residential status and capability of the building.
6. TASMAC personnel have also unfairly utilized the other free parking area to store empty liquor bottles thereby blocking the usage of the parking zone.

This TASMAC is located quite close to Ashok nagar Hanuman temple and Girls higher secondary school Ashok nagar too.
On the whole the usability of the building is completely hampered which has affected the livelihood both as an individual and as a owner.
Though on many previous occasions complaints and petitions have been filed for removal of the TASMAC siting various reasons, so far the TASMAC is continuing to affect the livelihood.
Requesting honored self to look into the issue and as this is matter of livelihood and residential status is affecting many lives, removal or relocation of the TASMAC would be an ideal solution.
This complaint from me is the beginning point to encourage other affected neighbors to convey their point and issues
in-order to resolve the issue.
Trust to have explained the issue as an individual and i hereby confirm that i would respond to any queries which will be put forward as part of investigation to this complaint.

i bought eristooff vodka which says mrp rs 840 on the bottle but the alsa mall tasmac shop is selling for rs 940

rs 100 above the mrp

Yesterday I bought one MC vsop at rangan street, t.nagar elite shop. Shop no. 954. Sales man name. Karthick. He asked rs. 750. I said already bought for rs. 740 only. Why you asked extra 10 rupees. Then that fellow came out of the counter and pushed down me.

In tn gov, products are the duplicates and products price varying to each items charging if it's beer is they charge 10 rupees and brandy or rum that will charge 5 rupees of each quarter.

This is again a routine complaint about the above subject, that even after making many announcements, and instructions to the retail & elite shops, selling Indian made foreign spirits like brandy & vodka are sold rs 10 above the marked "mrp" rs( 140.00) for a 180 ml bottle and other sized bottles for higher prices at the same ratio in all the tasmac retail outlets in ambattur. Chennai.600053. If the revenue officials come & conduct surprise raid, they will come to know how boldly the racket is going on in chennai.

For full 20, half 10, quarter 5

Yesterday I purchased one full of old monk
Mrp mention as 680 and price hike 80
But they collected 780 from me
I asked for bill they refuse to give

All Tasmac retail outlets are charging at will over and above the MRP printed in the label.Repeated requests end up in quarell and threats

In Kodambakkam elite shop ( McRennett ) charging excess for all consumers... Got 2 beers where they charged Rs.40 and Rs.20 for each.

As per court instructions they should not charge excess.

Kindly take immediate action.

I went to buy a black pearl beer which MRP is 130RS. they charge usally in all TASMAC shop 140RS which is already higher but this time they are charging me around 150 when I ask why they are saying that if you need then buy otherwise move.I said ok give me tuborg they said its price 170RS. I really shocked, they were selling all beer in higher price around 20RS
It's not fare nah.if they charge like this means that single shop which is located at karur(TASMAC SHOP NO:4908) that shop sells 200 beer per days if we see yearly they are get around 14lakhs.plz take the necessary action sir.
Actually sir this total money can be saved and each penny matter to all our citizens.

The TASMAC in RAMNAGAR 5th Street, MADIPAKKAM, Chennai is selling liquors 30 rupees above MRP.
The TamilNadu government recently announced that liquor prices for small bottles(180ml) increased by 10 Rupees. As per that the bottle labelled MRP as 160 rupees should be sold for 170 rupees. But the liquor shop is selling for 190 rupees. When customers were asking for details they behaved rude.

In ayanavaram tasmac shops They are taking more money than the fixed rate, here the shopkeepers are taking 10 to 20 rupees more than what they have said .Tasme shops are not following government rules and bar shop people are taking extra money water, glass for that also government is not doing anything the government. Already alcohol rate are increasing reduce bar shop price

Today I visited TASMAC elite shop situated at Rangan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai. I purchased two full bottles, Bacardi Black Rum and Vodka respectively. The total cost of the two bottle is Rs.2060. But the shop keeper taken Rs.2100/- When I asked about he turned out like a rowdy and and treated me disrecpectfully. He told me that "வேணும்னா இந்த கடையில வாங்கு இல்லன்னா வேற கடைக்கு போ" in tamil. Then I paid the amount by card. I attached necessary evidences for your perusal. I request that necessary action has to be taken against shop keeper for his unruly behaviour towards the customers and collecting illegal money for the purchase of bottles.
