In Kodambakkam elite shop ( McRennett ) charging excess for all consumers... Got 2 beers where they charged Rs.40 and Rs.20 for each.

As per court instructions they should not charge excess.

Kindly take immediate action.

I went to buy a black pearl beer which MRP is 130RS. they charge usally in all TASMAC shop 140RS which is already higher but this time they are charging me around 150 when I ask why they are saying that if you need then buy otherwise move.I said ok give me tuborg they said its price 170RS. I really shocked, they were selling all beer in higher price around 20RS
It's not fare nah.if they charge like this means that single shop which is located at karur(TASMAC SHOP NO:4908) that shop sells 200 beer per days if we see yearly they are get around 14lakhs.plz take the necessary action sir.
Actually sir this total money can be saved and each penny matter to all our citizens.

The TASMAC in RAMNAGAR 5th Street, MADIPAKKAM, Chennai is selling liquors 30 rupees above MRP.
The TamilNadu government recently announced that liquor prices for small bottles(180ml) increased by 10 Rupees. As per that the bottle labelled MRP as 160 rupees should be sold for 170 rupees. But the liquor shop is selling for 190 rupees. When customers were asking for details they behaved rude.

In ayanavaram tasmac shops They are taking more money than the fixed rate, here the shopkeepers are taking 10 to 20 rupees more than what they have said .Tasme shops are not following government rules and bar shop people are taking extra money water, glass for that also government is not doing anything the government. Already alcohol rate are increasing reduce bar shop price

Today I visited TASMAC elite shop situated at Rangan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai. I purchased two full bottles, Bacardi Black Rum and Vodka respectively. The total cost of the two bottle is Rs.2060. But the shop keeper taken Rs.2100/- When I asked about he turned out like a rowdy and and treated me disrecpectfully. He told me that "வேணும்னா இந்த கடையில வாங்கு இல்லன்னா வேற கடைக்கு போ" in tamil. Then I paid the amount by card. I attached necessary evidences for your perusal. I request that necessary action has to be taken against shop keeper for his unruly behaviour towards the customers and collecting illegal money for the purchase of bottles.

Recently I have purchased a liquor on government Bar of ariyanur Salem. The actual MRP of the liquor is 440 but they have charged 460 which is Rs 20 extra from MRP. While I'm asking about the extra charges there is proper response from those people's and this is not a 1st time.

As an individual I request you to consider the sales timings in Tasmac liquor shop from 10 o'clock in the morning and 8 o'clock in the evening.
This is because more than 10 persent of the liquor addicts they booze in the morning.
Because the late morning sales makes ways for illicit liquor sales.

Action should be taken against the sellers of all liquor outlets in Coimbatore district who sell at more than ten rupees per quarter. It is learned that no action has been taken to lodge multiple complaints with Tasmag in this regard. Even today, Tasmac stores charge more than ten rupees a quarter. Action should be taken against the sellers who do so.

This is to bring your notice that a TASMAC shop will be opening shortly in the agricultural land located at survey No 113/16, Nehru Nagar, Pallipat-631207. It is situated very next to the kusasthali perennial river, and is the only way for the nearby villages(7 villages).There are nearly 30 families in the area and this area is prone to accidents daily due to the bridges and the hair pin bends (curves) located in the area. This the only way to reach Veligaram Government Hospital and will create disturbance for the ambulance moving in this area. Opening or shifting a non profitable TASMAC shop to this area creates a huge disturbance for the passerby(women and school children) and the emergency person moving to the government hospital . Opening a TASMAC shop here abridges the fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14-21 by our constitution of India . we the people of the surrounding villages (Keelkalpattadai, veligaram, IVpattadai, Sangeethakuppam, Sanakuppam, Kamapalli, Vengalrajakuppam ) and the people residing in Nehru Nagar, Pallipat object the opening of the shop in this area. We believe strongly on the greivence cell opened by our beloved CM Stalin sir, and hope for the best.
So, please donot permit the opening of TASMAC shop and do the needful.

Mrp is the maximum retail price...on the every one collecting extra 10rs per bottle...more over their all become more a aggressive And more arrogant...i have more videos proof with me...soon will send it HQ in proper manner...

New shop has been planned to be open on 12/01/2022 in Parapalayam, Mangalam Road, Tirupur - 641604
As per tha rule shop should not be opened if any school is in nearby, we have Parapalayam govt school in Parapalayam bus stop, the shop planned to open is around at walkable distance of about 500 meters only.
As considering students career life and personal life. Stop the shop opening and cancel the licence....

Mrp for king fisher beer is 150 but they are charging 160..for all the the bottles they are charging extra 10rs than mrp..in mayiladuthurai wine shops...(all the shops)... Kindly do the needful...

It mention price 180rs but your salesman collect from me 190.

Me and my friend went and bought four bottles of Red wine from Elite Tasmac shop Injambakkam. I was charged Rs. 50 excess per bottle above the MRP. On asking about the overcharging, the guy in the counter said, it is like that. On asking for bill he said there is no bill and the charge slip is sufficient. Even after so much of complaints these people continue to loot money like this, is there any mechanism to stop these practice. I would really want to understand and would like to have strict action taken on this matter.

TASMAC employees are collecting additional 10/- per bottle for local beer and 20/- per bottle for imported beer. What is this fee for? When asked they are saying government is not helping them with transport and they are locally charging this extra money. Is the government aware of this? Already, We are not getting the quality for the money we pay for the liquor and on top of it we have to pay additional unaccounted money which we don’t know where is it going. We the consumers are loosing lot of money. Please take some action. Thanks

Bought Indian Challenge 750 ml ( MRP 880) but the sales person in IMPORT LIQUOR SHOP TASMAC Kelambakam-Kovalam Rd is collecting Rs 920 which RS 40 above the MRP price . Court as ordered not to sell above MRP but the sales persons in each TASMAC in TamilNadu are selling only above MRP. Where does this money goes?

This one might become very serious issue . Kindly take action against this issue ....

Complaint against TASMAC District MANAGER of DHARMAPURI MR.KESAVAN, He collected some BRIBE in every shop Individually in our district, he build a more corpus amount In bribe as Gold and some products in our house, share the amount for him brothers and and also he buy three cars in our relative name, this is the third time he repeated in this post give some to higher officers. And he build home to our uncle balaraman in Native place. Buy lot of jewellery to him wife and daughter, for him son buy lot of expensive things eg LAPTOP, Mobiles etc.. Kindly Take action immediately sir To control the bribe in TASMAC .
