Today, I placed the order on Tata 1 MG thru their portal, while checking out from the cart a sum of Rs.3123.14 was charged to my credit card but I did not get any confirmation of order from Tata 1 Mg.I tried reaching their Customer care but there is no human interface and recorded message did not have my issue listed .Hence, I am making this complaint for refund of Rs.3123.14 and such companies should have human interface to address this issue.
