Today, I placed order for my medicines with Tata 1 MG on their portal, while checking out amount was charged to my Credit Card but I did not get any order confirmation. I tried contacting Customer care but it is an automated system and there is no human to listen to my issue. Hence, this complaint for refund and letting people know what a customer is going thru in such situation.. Was this information helpful? |
