Tata 1 Mg — Not delivering timely

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BUY MEDICINES FROM
They have done 4 times that they either cancel my order without providing any information or donot deliver on time. Later they say that product is damage, place fresh order and this information is provided only when I raise concern via calling in grievance cell. Their customer live chat only generate ticket number but donot provide any solution.
They are the most irresponsible company in terms of delivering medicines. They are I guess unaware about the importance of timely delivery of medicines. Legal actions should be taken against false promises they make.
