I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BUY MEDICINES FROM
They have done 4 times that they either cancel my order without providing any information or donot deliver on time. Later they say that product is damage, place fresh order and this information is provided only when I raise concern via calling in grievance cell. Their customer live chat only generate ticket number but donot provide any solution.
They are the most irresponsible...

Today, I placed order for my medicines with Tata 1 MG on their portal, while checking out amount was charged to my Credit Card but I did not get any order confirmation. I tried contacting Customer care but it is an automated system and there is no human to listen to my issue. Hence, this complaint for refund and letting people know what a customer is going thru in such situation.....

Today, I placed the order on Tata 1 MG thru their portal, while checking out from the cart a sum of Rs.3123.14 was charged to my credit card but I did not get any confirmation of order from Tata 1 Mg.I tried reaching their Customer care but there is no human interface and recorded message did not have my issue listed .Hence, I am making this complaint for refund of Rs.3123.14 and such companies should have human interface to address this...
