This is to inform I found Missing medicine
foracort inhaler 200, order id -PO[protected] because of your pathetic service I suffered with my health, being a customer I know the pain and frustration of this incident hence I will see this issue legally and will take compensation of this mental harassment and torture which you had made trouble for me

Complaint marked as Resolved I found missing foracort inhaler 200 in the packet since I told to delivery delivered to my office security during my shifty but when I took the packet the whole inhaler was missing in the packet and it was urgent base medicine for my asthma pathetic service by Tata 1mg hence I will see this issue through consumer forum and will take compensation of this mental harrasment and torture and company has informed me wait for 24 to 48 hours after that reply investigated the issue and the medicine was their it’s like a scam by Tata 1mg

Not delivering timely
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BUY MEDICINES FROM
They have done 4 times that they either cancel my order without providing any information or donot deliver on time. Later they say that product is damage, place fresh order and this information is provided only when I raise concern via calling in grievance cell. Their customer live chat only generate ticket number but donot provide any solution.
They are the most irresponsible company in terms of delivering medicines. They are I guess unaware about the importance of timely delivery of medicines. Legal actions should be taken against false promises they make.

Order was not Confirmed but amount charges
Today, I placed order for my medicines with Tata 1 MG on their portal, while checking out amount was charged to my Credit Card but I did not get any order confirmation. I tried contacting Customer care but it is an automated system and there is no human to listen to my issue. Hence, this complaint for refund and letting people know what a customer is going thru in such situation..

Credit card debited but order confirmation not received
Today, I placed the order on Tata 1 MG thru their portal, while checking out from the cart a sum of Rs.3123.14 was charged to my credit card but I did not get any confirmation of order from Tata 1 Mg.I tried reaching their Customer care but there is no human interface and recorded message did not have my issue listed .Hence, I am making this complaint for refund of Rs.3123.14 and such companies should have human interface to address this issue.
