This is regarding ULIP (Case ID:[protected] refund process is going on since early November 2022!
I need to express many disappointments! I provided all requested documents multiple times, everytime, some new demand comes via email. Customer support phone staff says, you have provided all the documents and every thing looks fine but they cannot reply & confirm via email. Customer support who replies to emails and do not write name and ask something same or new document every time! This is unprofessional & unpleasant behaviour. Please be kind. Pls help to get refund in a timely manner. I need the funds for personal use urgently.
I had submitted below documents for Policy No. U[protected]:
Photograph (Policyholder)
Scan copy of duly filled & signed surrender form (Attached)
For NEFT details - copy of personalised cheque with signature as per policy document/ Photocopy of Bank Passbook (not more than one month old).
Copy of Address proof of policyholder
Copy Identity proof1 of policyholder
PAN and Adhaar phoro
Non-Resident Indian Customers
NRI Declaration & FATCA Form (Applicable only for NRI Customers)
NRI - Form 10F (in case of tax benefit under DTAA, to avoid double taxation)
