I am a NRI living in Europe. I had availed a Tata AIA Life Insurance policy in the month of December 2021.
I was told that I am eligible for a GST waiver for the premium paid. I have not been refunded until now 14th March 2023 and I've paid the second premium as well.
The agents contacted me for documents proving that I am using a NRE account and that the premium was paid from it. Also my foreign address proof.
This has still not been addressed. I tried reaching the chat/raise a request on website, but there is always a technical error there. Was this information helpful? |
