To The officer in charge TATA AIA Sub :- Regarding C G I A phone calls concern Dear Sir, It is for your kind information that I have received a tele call on 15th Jan 2016 at 3.52 Pm from Kavya Mehra from Central Govt. Insurance Agent (as per her version) regarding my insurance policy no.- C[protected] & C[protected] and wanted to know the detailing of the same and also assured me that she will disburse the dividend amount to my bank account. Primarily I have provided the Policy no., now I request you to investigate the matter from your end so that I should not be a victim as it seems to be a fraud case to me.
