My purchased a TATA AIA life insurance policy for her, we have paid 3 month advanced, then after 3 month 1 more premium, policy was assigned to my mother it was working well, but when i tried to pay 5th premium of my mother policy, it's suddenly stared showing wrong policy number, now I am unable to pay the policy amount for my mother policy not even able to login the portal, I don't have any idea, what's going on, TATA AIA also not responding, they didn't gave any alert mail or message anything & suddenly policy got stopped, this is very irritating & frustating, we have tried mailing them too, but no reason & no answer for those mails, why did they cancelled it, my mother wants to continue this policy, it they cancelle it now, it means they have spoiled out last 5 months & money, who will be responsible for this, this is very disgusting servive from TATA AIA, i want solution for this right now. thank you.
