As per observation I am shocked to see that Doctor had declared me a smoker. I have never smoke in my life. Even i don't like to sit near smoker person. This is really embarrassing for me that your team is showing me a smoker category person. I want my medical again & it will prove that I am not a smoker. You can examine my medical from any other doctor also. I will not pay any other expanse for this medical. If any other doctor will declare me smoker I will pay all expanse accrued on medical. Request to you please share my medical report with me. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP or return my payment.
