My payout for Year 2020 and 2021 not paid to me and adjusted in the name of APL. Also I had paid excess amount over and above my premium in 2020 and again been asked excess this year in the name of APL...
I had some 25 mails which I am asking from customer care to clarify how much APL is due/calculation and what adjustment have been made till date but the customer is so pathetic and again n again replying with no relevant info to my satisfaction. Even 4 times customer care had given me calls with promise to resolve next time but all waste. These people are good for nothing and repeating same uncomplete info.
Request some competent manager to check n resolve my issue asap. some of the ids given to same issue...
