Date of Reporting 27/07/26 and dt of request via mail 10/08/26 and phone My claim amount is 119786 ( Taxable Amount 101513.20 + 9136.19 + 9136.19 GST ) . I have received only 98236.00 GST amt of Rs. 18272.38 I have not received Reason is Car Service Company has wrongly mention GST No in bill which was submitted to Insurance Company . By mistake it was confirm that we will claim GST Input and hence they have made payment less GST . But fact is its in personal name and I don’t have any GST No. and more over we cannot claim GST Input . I have request to insurance company via Phone and Mail to all levels on various dates but they said they have confirm the same via phone and hence we cannot do anything about it, I tried to made them understand that car is personal with no GST No how can I claim in GST but all efforts went in vain . I have also sent revised bill which does not contain GST No . for reference . In the last mail dt. 18/08/26 they said we will not alter our decision you can approach Insurance Ombudsman alternatively Council for Insurance Ombudsmen . Hence I have register in hope I will be justify . If need I can share Invoice copy for reference . Mistake is frm Repair company side and wrongly confirm by me but mistake can be rectified once known . I can also assure u we will not claim GST amt as we don’t have any GST REGISTRATION Humble request to please help me out .
