There is miiajor issue for my claim under tata aig insurance pvt ltd that your workshop has repair my viechle as per instruction of the claim company surveyour report.
but its unexpected that neithor mahindra nor insurance company inform mebefor the approval of the claim that there is a expense of rs approx 8000/- have to bear by the owner of the viechle at the time of full settlement.
both thngs happened at same time that neither surveyor informe me after survey of the viechle nor your workshop incharge inform me for this
my viechle is parked in your workshop fro last 1.5mnths and i am suffering my work of my clint in which my govt project work also effected and i continously informing to both parties for the solution but there is nothing to resolve my problem
so please take this matter seriously and return my viechle in prior condition due to i not intrested to take this claim and also no need to repair my viechle
