Tata AIG Insurance — Denial of Medical insurance

I opted for cashless facility for my knee replacement surgery, right knee at Apollo hospital BGRoad Blr.

After I initial approval for cashless facility, during discharge they denied payment of Rs 57500, reason being it's not covered under TPA.

I filled complaint with TATA AIG, but they have not responded.
