[Resolved]  Tata AIG Insurance — health policy

I have taken a health policy during account opening in axis bank.
Amount deduct on 11.01.19 & i already registered a complaint & complaint number is [protected] but still problem not resolved.
I have also attached the bank statement. So i suggest to all that don't take the policy from tata aig. It's a panic service.

[Jan 30, 2019] Tata AIG Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Updated by bagauria Feb 06, 2019 Still hard copy not received & I also talked to customer Care, they told that policy not shown in their system. I am sending policy & statement again. Still problem not resolved after passed one month.
Please resolve this matter ASAP.
