Complaint
1) Claim approval for repair/replacement was obtained only for part of the work (genuine claim rejected by the surveyor /company). The left side of the Bumper and left side of the body was damaged (scratches) in a single accident. However, part of the claim (left side body scratches) was rejected without any genuine reason.
2) The final bill amount was Rs 6645/-. Only Rs 3689/- was refunded by TATA Aig (50% of the bill amount).
3) Irresponsible behaviour of executives. I would say that I had the worst experience with TAT AIG team. No proper response a- no update etc.
