[Resolved] Tata AIG Insurance — policy not issued after 30 days, even making full payment

Hello,

I’m very frustrated from tata aig motor insurance customer support.

Since one month they are not issuing my car policy even though i have made online payment already and it was also confirmed by tata aig motor insurance customer support team.

They said it will take only 7 days to issue policy, then again they said it be issued in another 7 days, but now 30days already gone, still policy not issued by them.

Last year policy was issued by tata aig insurance team at bu bhandri service, pune as i had purchased my car from them.

I need immoderate attention to this matter from tata aig motor insurance company
