Tata Capital — home loan interest rate not reduced in the last 2 years

Since nov 2015 the interest rate has not been revised for my home loan and it stays at 10%. I called customer care and i was told the below
* pay 5900 as switch fee
* rate will reduce to 8.35%
* applicable to 3 months
* after that will be revised as per repo rate if the rate increases
* if the repo rate reduces mine will stay at 8.35% and i will have to pay another switch fee to get it further reduced

Essentially the repo rate revision is only when it increases and a customer will have to pay to get it reduced.

my complaint is
1.Duplicate signature of my mother pls remove my mother fake signature and she havent sighn any document what action you took against your employee

2. closure loan 2 % as they promised but havent mention and use fake signature .

1. Wrongly updated CIBIL for continues 6 months as bounce. i have given so many request for last one year. no resolution.
2. while taking loan mentioned as no charges for loan forecloser. however while closing they kept forecloser charges and no one responding. and to get forecloser letter ETA 10 working days. very worst.
