[Resolved]  Tata Capital — personal loan delaying

I have applied personal loan and it has been almost 20 days and still it's under process... And there is no urgency shown in processing.. It has been told to me that loan will be get processed and disperse the amount in 2 to 3 business days... Which is not seems to be right or true statement.. The person who collected docs seems to be very lazy and not shown interest in submitting the documents... These kind of lazy employees will delay the process and not sure why this person delaying if he is expecting anything from me... I had submitted all the documents on time and submitted which ever documents been asked... If this is the case it should have been told to me so that i should have gone with hdfc bank which was giving me less roi and should have got the money by now... Only reason i applied loan in tata is because of indian bank even after high roi compare to hdfc...
