Tata Card — credit limit fraud-not fulfilling promise | |
Hi, I am paresh ramchandra palkar, My card no : [protected] As per tata sbi card executive at tata croma, mulund, he told me to just pay 500 rs p. A. And we'll give you 1 lac credit limit, after documentation verification, i received one more offer from tata executive your eligible for tata platinum card something where credit limit is 5 lac, you have to pay just 3000 rs p. A., we 'll give you gift voucher worth rupees 3000, i agreed on this offer, after i received kit from tata card, there shown your card limit is just 50, 000 rs only, i try to contact to customer care bt their ivr systems take me round n round, so i not activate my card yet, after 1 month tata calling for bill payment which is 5, 800 rs something, how? I asked the executive they said please call to customer care or message problem on [protected] and you'll receive call from customer care within 24 hrs, but i received (27 august 2017, 09:21 am)'thank you for contacting us. We are unable to service your request at the moment. Please call card helpline for[protected]Sbi cards)/[protected] (Tata cards) or login to your account at sbicard.com we regret the inconvenience'. Then i called to this numbers, luckily i reached customer care executive, i told him everything and he said we are taking your complaint, and we'll let u know, but i got this message (05 september 2017, 05:33 pm) 'dear tata card holder, we have evaluated your complaint related to credit limit against sr#[protected] and regret to inform that same could not be resolved in your favour - tata card. I try to reach customer care but ivr system hold me 15 min, and i still receive bill payment call from tata, I blindly trust on tata, but after all this, tata is same as others.
