It must have been damaged in transit.
If you have already paid for the product, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3-4 business days.

The product was paid for and ordered on 26th May. Till date, neither have they delivered nor returned my money. Every time I call I get same reply that I will get my money in 3 to 4 days. Today is 20th June and this is going on since 6th of June.
