Tata Consultancy Services — complaint about passport covers

i paid for 3 passport covers(leather quality) on 3rd October, 2017 at Ranchi PSK. till date I haven't received any of the orders. Their claim delivery is 21 days. I don't expect such type of services from TCS and also from PSK (A central govt. office), as the PSK hired TCS, so PSK is also responsible for this pathetic service. I hope the PSK will also take the note of it. I demand the delivery of my order within 48 hours or necessary action against TCS from PSK must be initiated.

I bought a passport cover and paid 450rs at rajkot psk on 3rd October, receipt no pp[protected], they told I get passport with passport cover .i got passport but it's cover not yet. Their claim deleivery is within 21days, , I don't expect this type of service. Hope psk take note and get good response .

i ordered passport cover and paid 350 rs at psk pune on 19/9/2017, receipt no PP[protected], they told i get passport with passport cover .i got passport but its cover not yet.their claim delivery is with in 21 days.i hope i will get passport cover as earlier.

While REISSUE / RENEWING my Passport at Passport Seva kendra, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh your staff/ team who are handling services at the center have asked for buying passport cover and paid an amount of
Rs. 550/- towards LR-P/BLACK at Counter No. A11 CSE PSP21373 on[protected] Thu 12:19:07.
I have received the passport by Registered post with in 10 days as address given. But where as the Pass port cover has not been received till date. why can't u deliver with in 20 days as promised in the Receipt.
Even the terms n conditions you have mentioned on the list seems like you are not so worried if the customer doesn't receive the passport covers. I[censored] can't take the responsibility stop marketing that product or asking for money for it. It's been more than 25 days and I haven't received it. Your terms & condition says if it's not delivered than it's due to incorrect address.. I received my passport. Do u mean they sent the passport to wrong address then.? I have ordered 3 passport covers with premium quality (Genuine leather) as mentioned by PSK, Said Arcade, Bangalore but the received covers are not of genuine leather. Quality provided by Tata international is very cheap quality look like rexene.

To BIGGER SURPRISE the passport does not fit well to those covers. Even if you insert passport forcefully, it get folded inside it which makes your passport look curvy and if you insert other items then it looks so bad or say it is worst.

I am not sure if Tata International or PSK will take any appropriate action on this but with this forum, I can inform others, not to order any cover from PSK. They are of no use for anyone.

I have given ₹550 for passport cover on 8th november, 2017 and surprisingly i had not got the cover till now.
I have ordered three covers from which i recieved two passport covers but only one passport out of three that i ordered had not reached to me.
Kindly, i insist you take action about this matter. I will be highly obliged.

They are fake.

I havent received my covers yet. I booked it on 19th Jan at PSK Malad (Mumbai) and am yet to receive the 3 covers.

Vry vry poor service.. when I went for my passport .. they asked me to get one passport cover and said that it’s mandatory to purchase.i received my passport within a mnth however dint receive my passport cover.. when I called customer care nmber.. I ws told that it ws returned back.. how is it even possible now even after calling so many times .. I hav not received my passport cover till now..excuse given is poor transportation services 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered a passport cover from kolkata kendra. Unfortunately the cover is of made of very cheap material, not of leather as i was told. No logo as I was told
It is a cheating. I protest. Please refind.

I have applied and paid (Rs.500) for passport cover on 3rd March 2021 vide receipt no. PP[protected] and still not have received my passport cover yet, I have complained about this earlier also over call they told me that delivery guy didn't found the address at the first time and they will send the product again for delivery but still no response.

Kindly help in tracking my order and delivering it to my address House no.54, pocket-B, Sector-26, Rohini, Delhi-110042.
