I had dues to pay to TCS then they should email the final documents. I have paid the dues..but am not able to upload the screen shot of the transaction on alumni portal due to registration issue. Don't have any pointers to contact. Have raised several tickets. It has been a month since I have paid the dues and not able to login.

I am unable to login to TCS Alumni portal(emp ID - 250463) to withdraw my PF. I no longer use the same email ID or mobile number to login to the site. Need help. I created a ticket # 275275 in the portal but hasn't heard back.
