[Resolved]  Tata Consultancy Services — Forced Resignation Of Employee

This is with reference to a case which my friend is going through.
My friend joined in TCS on Jan 2023 and was asked to put resignation on 11th April 2023.
The reason they have mentioned is below:
My friend has worked in a company XYZ for 2months before he was working in his previous company (He worked here for 1.5 years) and he dont have experience letter for XYZ only exit clearance document was there which has been presented but BGC failed. Due to this act from TCS my friend got mental shock and he is undergoing depression. If they are doing these type of BGC they could have done that before a person is joining the company but now after joining 2months suddenly a morning he lost his job and he is in mental trauma. Now due to this short term work experience from TCS will make more worse for him to get another job. Dont know how can i help my friend
