I resigned from the company on 28/04/2013 and i was informed that i will get my full and final settlement done. When i was working with this organisation i did not get my night shift allowance which was Rs. 200 per night. Now it's been over 1 week since i am following up with the people there and i am being passed from one person to another. Please help.

This post is in regards to my wife's resignation from TCS dated 24th October 2012.

She was working with company xxx from January 2011.
In July 2012 she faced severe health problem and had to take couple of months rest as per doctor's advice.
Meanwhile, she was interviewed and selected by TCS.

She got a selection letter from TCS on 20 September 2012 and had to finish...

Please suggest some help here as your employee made a new rule that if I am placing my car in the noida authority registered parking for less than 2hrs then I Will have to move it on another place..And if I am staying for more then 2hrs but less than 4hrs then I will have to pay full day payment like INR80/-

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and raise a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct and poor management I have experienced from your HR team during the interview process.

Here is the timeline of my experience:
May 13, 2025: An HR representative called to schedule a telephonic interview for Thursday, May 15. No email confirmation or message was sent, and the interview never took place.
May 19, 2025: After a week of no contact, the HR representative called to reschedule the interview for Wednesday, May 21.
May 19, 2025 (later): I received an email with interview details for Tuesday, May 20. This email, however, contained another candidate's name and personal details, raising serious concerns about data privacy and how many other candidates may have received my information.
May 20, 2025: I sought clarification regarding the incorrect email and my interview timings. I was simply advised to ignore the previous mail.
May 21, 2025: The interview finally took place.
May 26, 2025: An HR representative called me at 9:30 PM, instructing me to submit documents by the next day.

This level of disorganization, particularly the breach of candidate's privacy demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism. Kindly delete all candidates' details when you cannot handle their privacy.

I recently gave interview in tcs virtually. After qualifying all rounds Hr sent me a mail for documents. I provided releving letter salary slips experience letters joining letter uan history uan card everything of my last two company only the first company i worked with had given me salary in cash which was my start of career so i did not have any documents of that. But i provided all documents of my second and third company. Hr told me my adhar card and pan card photo is childhood photo which is an absurd reason and told me just coz my first ever office gave me salary in cash they will not take me inspite of giving all documents of my previous two company. They are doing scam with candidates and internally hiring their own candidates.

I joined TCS in April 2013.
I had some serious family issues at home since last 1 year, my father is unwell and having many chronic illness, and there was only me to take care of him. He is suffering from cerebrovascular stroke, diabete, hypertension, multiple blockages in heart arteries, and heart failure and brain tumour. He requires attendant all the time and need my help even to take him to washroom.
I had applied for leave without payment on 22nd April to 22nd July, 2024
And after completion of that I asked for sabbatical leave or LWP on 22nd july
And when things could not work out with HR I GAVE MY RESIGNATION ON 8 august 2024 stating this reason that I don’t have any additional leaves so kindly accept my resignation from today.
After that My Ultimatix is not working means blocked.
On 13th Aug, 2024 I got call from Sanskar (HR) at 6:30 pm and he said that Remove your reason for resi... have trust that Senior HR would help me on situation but they did not reply and they have allow junior hr to take harsh, extream and single sided action on me is this way to spoiled a 15 yearss Experienced associates and play with her career ? making her BIG negative .
A women associate wants to become independent and TCS – Knows for Women Empowerment and An 15 years Experienced Women career they are trying to spoiled.
I talked with other state TCS-HR they also said we are calling associates personally before taking any harsh action and before sending letter we again call them but Gandhinagar -TCS-HR did not communicate with me and after taking abandonment of service letter I called Sankar -HR he told me now you are Ex-Employee I cant talk with you and now support team call you but no call from any one and received final settlement letter on mail personal email.
Need big help I have all evidence.

On 22 November, 2024 TCS nqt Phase 2 held at Ahmedabad at iON Digital Zone, Bopal. we are given total 6 section, including 4 section of mcq and non-mcq type question and remaining were of coding.

In the first coding question, we are ask to take one integer from user and check if the integer is less than 0 then print invalid temp or if less than 15 then print Its cold else print its not cold. Its just a simple if else coding question asked. I have solve it there with in 3-5 min only and the program got compiler in first try. But the testcase got failed so I try to change the code for the same but still the test case failing there. I tried it at my own PC after the exam. it successfully compiled and executed.

Even though the output by the code written by me and the expected output is same as shown in the compiler window, still compiler fails to pass the testcase, not a single test case pass. And the second coding question easily got compiled and executed.

I`m attaching the code I tried at my PC to show the output. Its the same code I have written in exam.

I Hope TCS will find a way to help me.

I am not able to open the allumini portal, as the related my PF settlement and documents have been pending. please suggest on the regarding issue.

I had shared my EP reference number EP2019CN462622 last week, as I mentioned since the offer letter was released I was trying to get in touch with the HR for some clarification before I could accept the letter on the system, however, as there was no response on the query raised & as no discussions or connect happened to have them clarified and due to that fact, I was not in a position to accept the letter on the portal and the letter got expired, since then I have tried doing multiple follow ups via email, phone and sms and it was only last week that I recieved a response asking my ep reference number which I have shared but again doing so many emails, calls and SMS I still fail to get a reply.

I was and I am very much interested in joining your esteemed organisation and I am eagerly looking for your support to get this gap fixed and help me in getting the offer letter released again on the portal so I can accept it and submit the joining date, I trust you and the organisation and with all due respect for the opportunity that is being offered I am looking forward and eager to have the necessary steps taken forward.

Hi I have paid full and final settlement 2 weeks ago but I haven't received my relieving documents yet. It was mentioned in the email of FFS that I will get it in 3-5 working days but it's been 10 working days but haven't got it yet.

Dear Sir’s / Madam

I have attached my above car at GoHippo through company called (Midtown Travel Studio) at TCS Transport dept. at Kensington, Powai, Mumbai office for drop & pickup of TCS associates & I have been working there in night shift from last June 2023. As per TCS policy Car manufacturing year for 2016 has been removed from the service from 01st March 2024, but I am very much thankful to Sagar Sir, Swapnil Sir from TCS & of course Suresh Sir from GoHippo for extending my tenor for 1 month till 31st March 2024.

Sir as per Invoice raised by (Midtown Travel Studio) for the of month January 24 an amount of Rs. 41, 266.00 by way of salary was due for payment between 20 to 25 of Mar 24, but as of today, I have not received any payment & now we are in the month of April 24. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unpaid salary for the month of Jan 24 & payment for Feb & Mar 24 are due in coming days. During whole period working at TCS, Midtown Travel Studio is withholding my salary without giving any genuine reasons & explanation. I have been following with the proprietor of the company for last 10 to 12 days, and lots of message are exchanged between me & him but he is not cooperating at all.

Sir every month of any 1 Friday we have briefing at TCS office between TCS Transport Admin staff, Supervisor of ECO, Meru, Atharva, GoHippo and Drivers. In briefing training for drivers are given in briefing we are also told to take care of associates not to argue with them, car should be cleaned, we should carry all necessary tool kit with us etc. etc., Sir in these last 10 months I have almost attended all briefing and in this month’s no one from TCS admin staff or any supervisor staff asked the driver that “App lok ka payment time pe mil rahana hain ya nahin, kay app ko koi paresani ya problem hain”, yes if any associates would have complaint about any driver then within no time action is taken against him, then why don’t TCS takes action or banned the vendor who are careless in paying salary to driver on time. Sir we drivers carry out our duties & responsibility in a very responsible way with dedication without seeing our comfort & following all traffic rules on roads with safety of associates. I am proud to say that we drivers are backbone of transport department.

When asked TCS staff about payment released for Jan 24 they yes, when asked GoHippo staff about payment released they say yes, that means making payment to each other solves the problem according to them but is not their duty to check from vendor whether has made the payment to drivers. Sir let me tell you for payment I reached out to everyone, 1st I met Mr. Vinod Sir from GoHippo on 1st of April 24 at GoHippo office R City Mall & told him that I have not received my salary from Midtown Travel Studio but it was of no use, then I sent message to Transport Admin Swapnil Sir he replied me “Ok will talk to them” but of no use & then my last hope was Transport Admin Sagar Sukla Sir & I messaged him with my problem & he replied me “Don’t worry I spoke with GoHippo they will do” but again it was of no use.

Sir since our holy month Ramadan is going & we Muslims have tradition to give every year 2.5% of our income in form of Zakat to poor & needy, so I have decided to waive all my payments & give Zakat in the name Allah to proprietor of Midtown Travel Studio because it seems he is more poor & needy than me. The purpose of Complaint is that after going through proper channel & to everyone I did not get any solution & second purpose is that no one should suffer like me how I am suffering now. I would definitely like add to my conclusion that whenever you take briefing of drivers, please make a habit of asking drivers whether they are receiving their payment / salary in time. If I have hurt anyone by words through this letter, then I am sorry please forgive me.

Sir this has put me to huge hardship as I found it uneasy to meet my financial responsibilities & I am not from a financially strong family, my family runs on my monthly payment and if at all the payment comes from Midtown Travel Studio it doesn’t solve my purpose because on 11 of April 2024 we Muslims are celebrating our Eid-Ul Fitr and I am not ready for celebration because we have to make lots of preparation in advance and I & my family are not ready celebration because I am out of funds, it is my faith.
