Please verify matter as your company booked our centre for examination centre of RRB through your vendor core integra which is taking bribe for giving examination work to centres as there head is involved in some many illegal cases and created commission based new centre and closure of old reputed centres please verify the matter as give the examination work directly without involving vender party namely Amar Preet as there other members and also release the payment as soon as possible

Your company have booked our centre as examination centre for RRB examination and have not given the payment till date as the involved company of providing examination centres are there own employees who create their own centres and the name of the company is your own vender namely core integra in the presence of Amar preet and others as they are taking money to centre for giving examination work now I request your goodself that please and please look into this matter and give us the chance to work independently without any vender and also release the payment as soon as possible

Hello my last working day in TCS was on April 10th and today- 12th I tried to register in Alumni portal but it’s continuously failing with error ‘Please provide valid Last name within 12 Characters’.
Please help to resolve this issue ASAP.

This is with reference to a case which my friend is going through.
My friend joined in TCS on Jan 2023 and was asked to put resignation on 11th April 2023.
The reason they have mentioned is below:
My friend has worked in a company XYZ for 2months before he was working in his previous company (He worked here for 1.5 years) and he dont have experience letter for XYZ only exit clearance document was there which has been...

I got selected in TCS in November of 2023 and put my resignation in the current company on 5th December 2023.

Now my joining date at TCS was 20th march and my last working day at previous company was 3rd march, i got my experience letter from previous company on13th march, which i uploaded on 13th march.

My BGC started on 20th march, now i have worked in two companies before TCS. My First company was a startup which registered in august of 2019 and i joined in same month, now the company gave me salary sometimes via UPI or sometime via online payment, for starting 6 months so i was paid online and for last 6 months i was paid 19800 in cash.
This company went out of business soon after i left.

During BGC i notified TCS that my first employer is not in business anymore and provided that company's certification of recognition and registration and my experience letter and their payslips.

After this my 2nd company was Capgemini India where i worked for a investment bank which did extensive BGC and found everything was in accordance and were ok with the fact that i was paid under 20k for last 6 months of my tenure. As there is no Law which says salary cannot be paid in cash if it is under 20k.

Now during my BGC at TCS they have rejected my candidature after i have resigned from my previous company only on the basis of "Salary being paid in cash at first organization". Now what i am supposed to do as i was dependent on TCS. This is causing me severe depression.

Please provide a solution so that they resume my candidature as i am unemployed now due to TCS

I(EP2020CN057896) got an offer from TCS and resigned from HCL Tech. My last working day was 29th March, 2023. My joining date to TCS was 5th April but my recruiter put my on-board on hold as one of my past employment tenure was not matching with UAN service history. That was my second organisation, BGC team asked for Bank account statement and that was not available in net banking still i arranged it after contacting SBI branch manager and provided to bgc team. Also I took a declaration from my past employer regarding my employment tenure of SFJBS but still my recruiter and BGC team was asking to correct the UAN service history or else they will not be able to onboard me which is not in my hand. My past employer clearly declared that I was not part of pf compliance at that time and later on they started depositing pf contribution. Now my on-boarding date is showing as 12th April still i didn't get any joining letter also received another email for postponement. Now am more likely jobless. I am staying in Bangalore with my wife, am the only earning person in my family. Last 2 weeks just destroyed me am completely hopeless now. If they told me this sort of things while serving notice, i could have revoke my resignation but now they just left me in a situation where I have nothing to do. Please help me.

My doj was 27th March but got changed to 3rd April then again postponed but they didn't told me the date.

Now no one is responding to my queries how I should get the clarity on this

As per the TCS offer letter, My offer letter is dated 15-DEC-2022 and DOJ was 27-MAR-23 it is valid for 120 days so it will automatically be terminated on 13-APRIL-2023. (113 days are already passed just 07 days are remaining) .

My Hiring Recruiter also left the organization and now I am in the middle of everything, feeling so hopeless and emotional.

Request you to please help me with onboarding.

My issue is when i join tcs 9 november 2022 my documentation completed that time no issue with my
documents to recruitment team.
but today i received call from my buziness HR she tell me my one document is not valid salary certificate
the matter is my previous employment firm in 2016 that time they pay me cash to hand salary because
that time i have no bank account

so team require bank statments or salary slips they i have no but still i getting salary certificate from my
previous employment
i provided original sign stamp letterpad salary certificate but still not considering or not valid i dont understand but why ?
and my HR says we will terminate you if you giving resign letter
so we will provide you all services documents otherwise we will terminate you. you did not getting job anywhere so this
question raise for my carrer or image

There is very much delay in the onboarding process, as the DOJ was on 27th March and it got postponed.

My name is srilekha palepu of employee ID: 1336558. My last working day is March 10th, 2023 in TCS, Hyderabad which was completed and I was unemployed from then to till date as my aadhar details are still not updated and under approval in EPFO office, because of that my future employer is not letting me to join to their company until approval is done. It's been already 60 days completed from which I have submitted joint declaration form to TCS but still the details are not updated in EPFO Portal.

Could you please check once and get them approved as early as possible or else atleast send me the acknowledgement form copy or attested documents ( Joint declaration form ) so that I myself will check in the EPFO office, Mumbai and get them approved. Many of my TCS colleagues have received acknowledgement form copy from their UAN team and they visited EPFO office Mumbai and get their name change request approved within 3 days. But my UAN team is not sending any forms to me atleast acknowledgement number also they are not sending.
