Tata Consultancy Services — Form 16, Documents in alumni portal and PF transfer

My last working day is[protected] but still the documents are not available in alumni portal. I have raiseed an ticket in TCS alumni portal on[protected] for Form 16 and other documents, but still the issue is not resolved. Need Form 16 urgently, please help. Ticket number is 755841.

I have raised another ticket for PF transfer. Ticket number is 761888.

Kindly please help.
