I have applied for IT CAREER READINESS BUNDLE PACK which will be held on December 2021. I payed twice for the exam, the money got deducted from my bank account twice. First payment went through and amount got deducted, but the product did not show up. So, I made the 2nd purchase of the same pack and money got deducted for the 2nd time, this time I was able to see the product been bought successfully.
I want back the money that got deducted on my first payment, which was wrongfully shown as failed on your end, but the amount got deducted by you guys.
I've attached a screenshot of the amount being deducted the first time itself, with no success purchase, which made me pay for it for the second time.

Have TCS resolved your issue because i am facing the issue and after raising the ticket in alumni portal it's been 5 days nothing has been done by TCS. Could you please help me here if your issue is resolved?
