Many people are sitting in front of camera in exam but they are not performing in exams from other side their friends are writting exams and they are getting packages but not working just simply taking amount I know one person Prassana Kumar Bollapu from visakhapatnam recently qualifed for TCS nqt like this same fraud in exam and later now wrote TCS digital same and again with this fraud exam only they are getting packges but zero knowledge

    Hello,
    I am unable to withdraw my PF as I am unable to login to TCS Alumni Portal. I keep getting one or the other error message. I have raised around 10 tickets with the IT support of the portal, but issue is not resolved.
    Also, there is no response from the email address "coprorate.[protected]@tcs.com" provided to us at the time of leaving the company, saying we can contact through here in case of any queries.

      Hi have left TCS 2 months back but I have not received my service certificate and reliving letter yet. I am not able to find these documents on alumni portal also. I have raised two tickets in alumni portal for the same but no response yet. Please help me get these two documents, I am urgent need.

        I resigned from TCS in June 2016 due to medical reasons in the family and was not able to clear my dues. However when I raised a ticket on TCS Alumni Portal I was informed they would be mailing the Relieving Letter and Service Certificate in 3-4 days after I send the payment to the bank account mentioned in the mail. I did so and raised the ticket on 22nd December 2021.
        The ticket number being 750276. However its been more than a week and I have not yet received any response yet from their end.

          I am trying to log in at https://www.alumniportal.tcs.com. I'm already a registered user but I had forgotten my password. So I tried generating a new one. When I clicked on forget the password, I received an email with a temporary password.
          Though I was able to log in using this temporary password, I was asked to generate a new password. However, I have tried several combinations of passwords that fulfil the password policy but I'm still getting the below error.

          "Please enter Password with minimum of one small character, one capital character, one numeric value, one special character"

              Full & Final Settlement process due unnecessarily

              I left TCS on 1st Dec 2021 after getting all clearances and dues, I got the initial release letter after clearance on the same day (1st Dec 2021).
              However my Full and Final settlement is still pending even though there are no dues/clearance things to take care of.

              I raised a ticket (In attachment please see snippet) on 17th Dec 2021 on alumni portal, the SLA from TCS to resolve/revert for the ticket is 5 days but still...

              I raised a support request to fix a technical problem related to my CPL Application, however I am unable to submit my Application due to short of hours. Its been 2 months since I raised the Issue with the TCS EGCA Team, however they are still not able to fix the problem even after giving so much clarification. I have been trying to take the follow ups from their Toll Free Number [protected] but I only received Standard Responses from their staff member Ms Nidhi. She would only tell me every-time that the case is on priority and she will personally talk to the back end team to work on it urgently. I gave enough time to them to fix the issue but if I do not submit my application in time, I will be forced to pay additional amount of 5 to 6 Lakhs to qualify for submitting the application. I tried to give a solution to them, that is If they provide me a letter which says that the problem cannot be fixed and allow the applicant to submit the application offline then I can straightway submit my Application to DGCA offline. Then the case will close automatically and everyone will be happy, however they are not willing to do so. In this situation, I have no other option but to officially raise a complaint so that someone can help me find a solution to this problem. I would be more than happy to provide more information if needed.

                  I have raised claim for my maternity expenses of claim amount 1, 45, 000. But the approved amount is only 30, 000. I have raised a ticket regarding the less amount approved. Firstly they had told me that the hospital which I have been admitted to is GIPSA, secondly they had mentioned like i had opted for higher room category and finally they told like it's a network hospital. I can understand that they are telling me different reasons to reduce the claim amount. Kindly take it as high priority and do the needful ASAP to get my full claim amount.

                    who has been living in his home district Ghazipur for the last 6 months with his entire family and got vanished from Maharashtra state which is not in regulation of company laws to leave far from job place. In contrary his workplace in Mumbai which is his official job place/city.
                    Basic concern is -They are fooling staffs and seniors in the name of work from home and resides in ghazipur district o[censored].p and leave his working station from last 6 month.
                    It's not only an information it's a report or complain of sort, what the other men fooling by showing fake workaholism and on other side -who are truly sincere getting swamped in their own and in such kind of people's task too.
                    Please take any action upon such toxic employees, otherwise by seeing this other employees may get provoke.
                    So, please maintain the decoram and dignity of company and do what is genuine/ transparent/valid/ethical for company and their people.
                    That would be the fair justice with each and everyone related to company.

                      I have applied for the position in TCS. My all rounds of interview are completed even documents are also verified. HR said they will send offer letter shortly but after that no response from HR. In portal as well status is showing in progress. HR is not responding over email and call. The I get to know HR who is working on my application left the organisation and other HR don’t know about my application. Such a non professional behaviour from HR.                         I have applied for IT CAREER READINESS BUNDLE PACK which will be held on December 2021. I payed twice for the exam, the money got deducted from my bank account twice. First payment went through and amount got deducted, but the product did not show up. So, I made the 2nd purchase of the same pack and money got deducted for the 2nd time, this time I was able to see the product been bought successfully.

                        I want back the money that got deducted on my first payment, which was wrongfully shown as failed on your end, but the amount got deducted by you guys.

                        I've attached a screenshot of the amount being deducted the first time itself, with no success purchase, which made me pay for it for the second time.

                          I logged in Microsoft teams link. I checked my system readiness before entering It showed all are perfect.but then got mic problem they called me said to wait that they will allow me inside after since the candidates are waiting. I waited for about two hours and it showed that the meeting was ended . I again tried calling them they cut my call and not answering to any of my mails. please help me to get my chance for interview.

                            Hello,

                            I am Rajesh Thalla with employee Id:1771312.I had joined TCS on September 24, 2020. I had put my resignation mail on August 16th, 2021 stating that I wish to serve the notice period of 3 months so that I will be having a smooth release from TCS after completing a year of service to TCS.

                            But the team had released me very earlier by August 27, 2021 without allowing me to serve notice period. They didn't even mention about the money to be paid then. Now I was asked to pay the due amount as part of the exit formalities.
                            Now what's the procedure to get the things done without any payment?
