Hi,
I am writing this here as last hope to get it sorted at earliest.
I resigned from the TCS company on 30/06/2022 and i was informed that i will get my full and final settlement done. When i was working with this organization i did not get my night shift allowance (NSA) as payment cycle is 2 months (If i worked in Night Shift in Jan month this allowance i will get it along my salary of March Month) which was Rs. 1300 per night. Now it's been over 11 months since i am following up with the people there and i am being passed from one person to another. After writing over more than 40+ mails still it's not getting settled.
As per my calculation from my side i am liable to get Rs 52000 as settlement with following breakups :
April = 7 Days NSA
May = 19 days NSA
June = 14 Day NSA
Even if i am asking concerned people about how much settlement will be processed from your side as per there calculation that reply also not there.
I am getting there replies from concerned authorities.
Project HR : " The details of the pending allowances were shared from the project side to the HR and the HR has also shared the details to the Corporate F&F team during month of Dec’22 itself. "
Corporate FFS Team : " Regret the delay. We have shared the pending NSA details to settlement team for processing. "
Even i have logged multiple tickets in TCS Alumni Portal, previously those were getting closed in week stating it is in process. But now my last ticket created " 1035788 " is still in process from 06 Mar 2023 10:49 with no update till now.
