Tata Consultancy Services — I have been selected from the interview but TCS hr not reply properly about my verification.

I have given an interview on 4/12/2021. I have got a call from HR on 7/12/2021 that I am selected and then I had join a call where Hr had to take a photo with ID prove. then 8/12/2021 Hr called me and said me to submit all the details on the TCS Ibgein portal, I have found some issues with the portal, in my account, the documents upload section is not populating, I have told the hr and also attached the screenshot by mail. the mail id is:- haamira.[protected]@tcs.com
and she told me we will solve it internally. but I did not get any information there side. I had some other interviews but I did not give for the TCS. so if have some problems from my end please tell me. I have tried so many to contact hr such as haamira.[protected]@tcs.com, r.[protected]@tcs.com. but they don't respond over mail or phone. this is very ridiculous behavior from an esteemed organization, same on the TCS.
haamira.[protected]@tcs.com, r.[protected]@tcs.com these two HR behavior is very bad. I did not expect from an organization like TCS.
