I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent termination of Ms. Keya Dharmin Bhalodia (Employee ID: 775983), who dedicated over ten years of her career to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). As a loyal and honest employee, Ms. Bhalodia consistently demonstrated her commitment and value to the organization.
It is with great disappointment that I learned of her expulsion without any justifiable reason. Ms. Bhalodia has always adhered to company policies and performed her duties with integrity and dedication. The lack of transparency surrounding her termination is troubling, and the absence of a proper experience letter—particularly one that inaccurately labels her exit as “improper”—further compounds the injustice she has faced.
This action not only undermines her professional reputation but also contradicts TCS’s commitment to fostering a supportive and fair work environment. Ms. Bhalodia deserves a clear explanation for her termination and the issuance of an accurate experience letter that reflects her contributions to the company.
