Tata Consultancy Services — Negative BGC REPORT

I gave the interview in TCS in Feb 2018 t. After the interview i also got offer letter but after verification confirmation TCS told me that your position has been hold so you can not join TCS. And that time I was serving the notice period and I were working in a company and the company name was Sungil India Pvt ltd and company was facing financial condition. They were not giving the salary on time and also not submitting the PF. After tcs position hold I joined a non technical company on April 2018 and the company name was Walterpack automotive which is located in pune. I joined this company because my position was hold in tcs I were facing financial issue so I joined and worked 3 month then I left sudden without any document on July 2018 Then i joined a company on August 2018 in mumbai( Sri devi tools ) Where I worked 1 August 2018 to 31 march 2021. I left this company in 31 march 2021 with full of document and proper relieving letter.
I joined in Haryana JRG tooling, In july I again gave the interview in TCS and again I got offer letter and I also initiated for BGC but in BGC they checked 3 month working details( Walter pack Automotive), BGC team asked the documents I told them that I don't have documents of that 3 month because work was non technical so i did not highlighted in resume. That time BGC team told me that ok no issue we will mention the same. And same situation I also told my HR that time HR told me that ok i will mail to BGC that you have don't document of 3 month(22/08/2022). After all this conversation again HR again asked the documents on 12/09/2022 for that 3 month and again I told them that those 3 month I don't have documents then why are asking the documents and those 3 month issue created by TCS . I had initiated the BGC 11/08/ 2022 and I also resigned in my company on 08 August 2022. Generally for BGC take 1 month in my condition 1 month over and it's still showing BGC scheduled. My first company(Sungil India Pvt ltd) closed in May 2018. This company were facing financial issue, that time company deducting the PF from our salary but they were not submitting the PF. I worked in my first company 1 August 2015 to 14 March 2018 but company submitted the pf till 05 May 2017. Today HR told me that you have too much complication in your carrier so better to continue in same company, I provided the bank statement statement of my first company from May 2015 to December 2018, I took the bank statement from 2018 mail because that time I also given the interview in TCS. Right now my bank account has been closed. Now Hr told me that please mail the bank for activation of bank account and I mailed to the bank for activation of bank account and I also asked the Hr If bank did not reply then what you will do then he told me that Bank must be reply. But till now bank did not reply . And Hr is also not responding, Please do something.

1) I given the interview in TCS in 2018 that time I were working in Sungil India Pvt ltd. Tcs hold my joining on the reason of position was not clear. That time Company my company was facing financial issue, they submitted the PF till 2017 and I worked till March 2018.

2)I worked in non technical company Walterpack Automotive April 2018 to June 2018 and left the company without any documents.

3)I joined Sri devi tool in August 2018 and I worked till march 2021 and left the company with documents.

4)I joined in Svance Sanko JRG in April lol 2021 and Again I given the interview in TCS on July 2022 and I also got offer letter after offer letter I resigned from my company and submitted the documents for BGC on 10 August 2022 and till now BGC not cleared my notice period about to end. Hr is creating issue on 3 month non technical work( walterpack automotive-April 2018 to June 2018). I told them I don't have documents of that 3 month. First BGC team and HR told me ok there is no issue for that 3 month. After one month they again asked the documents. And now They are creating issue from my first company they told my that you are showing the working details till March 2018 but your pf deducted till 2017, Then I replied my company (Sungil India Pvt ltd)was facing financial issue they were deducting the pf from my salary but they were not submitting. I also provided bank statement May 2015 to December 2018. Now TCS is not replying. Do something on priority basis, Except 3 month I provided all the documents and all the documents are genuine. It’s 1.5 month completed but till now they are not clearing the Bgc whener I mailed aur call the HR he replied We are working on it. Hr mail is pravin.[protected]@ tcs.com. Please do something, you can not spoil my carrier. And today HR told me that your BGC is negative. After all the documents and after 2 months they told me that bgc negative . You guys are spoiling carrier. You have only big name but your hr and BGC system is totally fake. Hr and BGC team is spoiling the carrier in the name of BGC.
