I had an offer from TCS to join the company on September 5th. Based on the same I had resigned from my previous company. I was recieving generic calls and mails from TCS confirming my joining on the mentioned date. However, I didn't receive the necessary welcome mail for onboarding. I was not informed anything and hence reached out to HR and Onboarding manager. I was told that Background check discrepancy has happened and was told that I had not provided the Salary slip for previous company (not the one I recently resigned from, different one I had worked in long back). I was not asked for the same previously and had obtained the same from the said company even though it was no longer in existence. I even shared the communication from the owner of the company (It was a small start up). Despite all this, I did not receive any further update or intimation from HR or anyone else from TCS till date. I have been trying to communicate with HR with no response. When I emailed [protected]@tcs.com, I was again told to check with HR. Prior to joining, on multiple occasions, I had asked the concerned team if anything else was pending from my side and they had not mentioned anything regarding this issue. I had even a call with HR regarding document verification prior to the joining date as part of process. There also I had asked if anything else was pending from my end. They had not mentioned anything. Now because of this I am unemployed. I cannot fathom such a reputed company behaving like this and causing an issue in a person's career and life.

Hi Team, I have a query related to Educational Qualification Criteria of TCS for any job. I have completed my 3 year Diploma after 10th and 3 Year Distance Learning (BCA). As per Govt. Rule for Engineering Diploma minimum qualification is 10th only. Then why TCS is not considering any 10+3Year Diploma holder for any Job and asking for 15 year regular education. Also TCS is not considering any distance education which is approved by Govt. Authrority.

This post is in regard to my resignation from TCS dated 13th September 2022.
On 8th August 2022, I joined Tata Consultancy Services. on 13th September I got BGC Negative HR called me and forced me to send Resign mail.

In My First company, they mentioned the wrong date of relieving I have contacted Team Lease HR and rectified same and sent it to TCS HR with relieving mail Pay slips and bank statements still he is not able to consider my documents are genuine.
then I sent mail communication between Teamlease, vibrant Asian, and TCS. not got a single reply from TCS.
I request you to please look into this issue and try and reconsider this case as it will make or break a person's career.
Deny because of re-issuing relieving date of issue certificate date is old one only.

Want to know if anything can be done with this matter!

Booked 6 plot @Shahpur in Mumbai via VMC Developers in 2013. But neither the plot has been registered not have got any mony back.

I haven't received the service experience or release letter from TCS. Seperation accepted mail mention like, it would be shared on Full and Final settlement or after 10days.
I have chased over the phone and alumni portal too. No proper updates.

My son is an employee of TCS since the last 7 years. In November 2020, he moved to the Toronto Canada branch. For the past 3 months, he has been out of touch and is struggling with mental health issues. Since August, he has also stopped working and we are really worried for him. We are trying to stay in touch with him but he has been very hard to reach. The company, instead of helping him in this situation is threatening to fire him. The manager and HR are doing nothing to reach out to him personally or go and talk to him. We want to go to Canada ASAP but the long visa waiting list is not allowing us to do so. The behaviour of this company towards one of their best employees is absolutely inhumane. They are blaming him instead of doing anything to check on his mental or physical well being. What are we supposed to do. We need help, our son needs help!

I have been interviewed in TCS in April month for Sr.Software developer and i cleared all rounds, after that HR discussion i have been told to upload documents and provide counter offer letter, which i provides.we discussed salary and hr told me that i will consult the senior and let you know.Till date i have mailed HR hundred times, but HR didn't reply.HR just called me once in a month for nothing, just telling me we are evaluating.After three long months i just got fed up and called HR asked her for final status.and she just told me that "Actually we don't have a budget for your salary expectation".This is TCS. Interview process is too slow. I got an offer with TCS 21 months back and I wasn't able to join them back then, which I had notified them promptly. However, despite multiple follow ups, the profile is still reflecting as BGC scheduled. I am unable to attend any interviews with TCS now, due to the same.

Have been dropping emails after e-mails for which there's no response. HRs don't have a clue as well on what's to be done...

I can see some balance still stuck in my PF Passbook under TCS's employment.
I want to transfer the amount to my Current Employer.
I have raised ticket for the above issue but found no response from TCS.

Can someone help me with the escalation matrix if my tickets are not responded.
