Tata Consultancy Services — not providing me 'service certificate and relieving letter'

Hi, My name is Lakshmi Narayan Sahu. I left employment from TCS on 18th Dec, 2018. During the time of separation, I was total that Experience Certificate, Service Certificate and Reliving letter will be available in TCS Alumni portal 'https://www.alumniportal.tcs.com' after 35 days. My Employee ID in TCS was : 307057 Contact No : [protected] When I checked almost after 4 and half months, I could not find them in the alumni portal. So I raised a ticket in TCS alumni Portal on 22 May 2019 03:12 with ticket number: 376090. Immediately after raising the ticket, I got a mail which mentioned that support team will get back with 5 working days. It is almost 19 days now, I have not yet received any update on the ticket. There is neither any contact number nor contact mail ID on TCS alumni portal to escalate this. I have given 10.2 Years of commitment to TCS and they are simply mocking me when they are not providing me Service Certificate and Reliving Letter. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Its has been 25 days since I left TCS. They are not providing my service certificate despite no dues and every formality done from my end. Seperation officer is not replying to my mail.Raised tickets multiple times regarding this but no resolution. Please let me know what is left from my end. There is no one I can contact.help.
