Tata Consultancy Services — pf withdrawal issue with tcs | |||
Hi, My name is roshni saha. I have worked in tcs for four years and resigned from tcs recently in july. My emp id is 731539. My joining date was 11th november 2013. I have filled the form 13 and pf withdrawal forms and sent them to kolkata. [protected]@tcs.com. They did not reply for a long time. On 6th september, i got an email from corporate ffs to raise a ticket in tcs alumni by 10th of september for provident fund withdrawal otherwise i will not get it. When i tried to register in tcs alumni portal it said that i already have an account. So i tried to log in. When i tried to login in tcs alumni portal, it says that an account activation link will be sent to my personal email address. I have not received the activation in my personal email yet. I have been trying to login and wait for the link since the past 72 hours. I have raised a ticket also related to the issue from the "contact us" link and the ticket number is 429230. But no response yet. If the tcs alumni portal is not even sending an activation link then how do i raise the ticket for pf withdrawal. I have just 2 more days left. According to them, if i do not raise the pf withdrawal ticket in another 2 days i cannot get the money. They are not even responding to the ticket or any kind of email.
