Dear sir/madam,
My pf transfer has not yet been completed.
This is to bring this to you kind notice that the my pf transfer that was done by tata consultancy services to account no ap/hyd/52091/3878 (Microsoft corporation) is still not completed. Please check annexure k (For details).

I have already raised a grievance registered with registration number robnd/e/2018/19614 to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in (Attached response) for the same. This is very surprising that this transfer of pf has not taken place till date though more than one and half years have passed.

Please let me know what the status of my request.

      pf withdrawal issue with tcs

      My name is roshni saha. I have worked in tcs for four years and resigned from tcs recently in july. My emp id is 731539. My joining date was 11th november 2013. I have filled the form 13 and pf withdrawal forms and sent them to kolkata. [protected]@tcs.com. They did not reply for a long time.

      On 6th september, i got an email from corporate ffs to raise a ticket in tcs alumni by 10th of september for provident...

      My last working day in tcs was on 1 july 2019. After that i have not received any credentials for logging into tcs alumni portal on the personal email id that i provided to tcs while resigning.
      I have also tried to manually register myself on tcs alumni portal, but the portal is not accepting my entered password even though i have follwed the exact password directions mentioned there. Thus i am not able to manually register myself on tcs alumni portal.

      I request you to please help me out by sending this complaint to the tcs alumni portal support team.

          Hi,

          I resigned from tcs on Aug 16th, i have received my TCS FFS mail and settlement has been credited to my account. But i could see that they have deducted some adhoc loan amount which i have already paid to TCS. Kindly assign the ticket(426206) to someone and please do the needful. It has been 1 week since i did not get any updates. It's been pending for quite long now.

          It is resolved, Thank you TCS. But you have to give some important to tickets raised in Alumini portal. It is taking too long to get resolved and some times it irritates the users.

          Even though i did not opt for passport cover, i was forced to purchase it.
          Person at counter A forced me to purchase stating that i enabled it while filling the application, but infact i have not selected while filling application form.

            Please can you consider this is very urgent request from my side as ticket is in open status since 28 aug 2019 to get the relieving letter as well as experience letter.

              Our marriage is coming under special marriage. we applied on 10th June'19. We got not objection from groom native.                 Distance education is not valid even having more than 15 yrs of experience still these organization don't consider this as a valid one.. Companies like wipro tcs cts etc.. Should consider only the experience gained all these years not their education qualification.

                I would request these employers to reconsider on their stand on the education policy so that person with good can be benefited at both the end.

                  My name is gaurav kumar. My tcs employee id was 755417. I have resigned from the organization on 10th july 2019. It has been 43 days since i resigned. I have received release letter and full and final settlement letter in july itself. When i asked for service certificate i am being asked to pay the amount again. I am studying in a college now and this is very difficult for me to comprehend why even after getting the full and final settlement letter; i am being asked to pay again. All other associates who have resigned from tcs to join the same college are not asked to pay again.in ffs it is clearly mentioned that shortfall amount has been deducted and i have been issued full and final settlement. Why am i being asked to pay the amount again? What is the logic of full and final settlement then, if one has to pay even after ffs?? I have raised several tickets on alumni portal but there has not been any response except acknowledgement in last 13 days. There is no other way to contact tcs than to raise a ticket, where i am not getting any response.

                    tcs alumni portal tickets are unaddressed

                    Hi i am nivedha[protected] i am not getting any response for the tickets raised in tcs alumini portal regarding corporate ffs recoveries
                    I have been charged for some amount on ffs recoveries i raised tickets to explain the recovery charges in details and they mentioned only if the amount is paid all soft copy documents will be shared
                    Recovery are his prm for non snr citizen and prof tax for full period...

                    I had applied for passport cover at Andheri PSK on 26 July 2019 and had done the payment of rupee 350. My receipt with No. PP[protected] is attached along with this complaint. The dispatched item was not delivered, the Telecom factory speed post office neither did they contact and when enquired at the post office they said it would be delivered and when kept trailing the mails for the status of courier it was returned meanwhile.

                    I would request you to resend the passport cover to my hometown address, as I have moved back recently. The address details for would be mentioned when requested

                      I want to request my skills certificate from tcs and i'm not able to register myself on the tcs alumni portal despite filling in all the correct credentials as it is failing with the error that my information is not matching. I had raised a number of tickets (Ticket numbers - 414773, 415639, 418122) from the "contact us" link in the alumni portal regarding the same and did not receive any resolution. I'm not able to contact or reach out to anybody else regarding this issue being an tcs alumni. Please help me get this issue rightly addressed and looked into as i need the registration working urgently.

                        I have contacted the tcs passport office team ahmedabad psk 2, manager gajendra sisodiya and hr manjusha several times but received no assistance so far.... Working days but not response will be received even in two months.

                        I have issue that i'm getting response on the ticket raised on the tcs alumni portal that successful and get my pf in within 10 days but time is due above 10 days and i did not get my pf.

                          I am unable to submit the pf withdrawal process form. Before leaving i had submitted hard copy and was told i would be required to do nothing else. However alumni portal required me to fill the form. I have filled the form and uploaded both pan card copy and cancelled cheque copy, however there is an error that "pan card not uploaded". Hence unable to submit form. I have been trying this for the past one month. Raised multiple tickets with no response. There is no help desk number as well. I was given a last date of 7th august 2019 to fill the form. However my form remains un-submitted still now. My tcs id: 985574.
                          I hope my pf amount doesnt get deducted because of portal issue.

                            I have applied for pf withdrawal on 10th july by sending the hardcopies to thane address and they also acknowledged that they received it on 12th july and will be processed within 25 to 30 days, but till now the amount has not been credited. They don't have any contact numbers to verify. A ticket has been raised in their portal which has no response. Even the government is clearing the of withdrawal well before the stipulated time.

                                A wrost mangement of tcs.

                                A management of tcs have an authority to give the marriage leave to employee as there requirement. The head department have the authority of that but still they cant give me the leave of my marriage. Also no response about my call and text to wont permission of leave.

                                And also after left the tcs,

                                I have raised tickets with tcs thrice but i'm not getting any response. I need to withdraw my pf amount urgently. There's no helpline number also to raise my issue. What should i do? Please help me. I try to contect hr manjusha and admin but she did not give any respose. I also text her message about my pf issue but not responding.

                                Wont answer about that as soon as possible.

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I am an ex-employee of tata consultancy services. My service period as system engineer is from 18 july 2013 to 12 december 2014. My employee id is 735881. There was a bond for 2 year at the time of joining and as a security document i submitted fd reciept of rs.50, 000 with the lien noted in the favour of tcs from indian bank.

                                  I resigned the job before the bond period. I would like to state that i got released from tcs as per the procedure by paying the amount of rs.50, 000 to tcs for breaking the bond and got my fd reciept back.

                                  Now, when i tried to close my fd, the indian bank is asking for a letter from tcs stating that they had released the hold on my fd since in the fd the lien is noted in the favor of tcs.

                                  The problem is that i am not able to close my fd without the letter. So kindly provide me the letter stating that tcs has released the hold on my fd after checking my records.

                                  Kindly do the needful and help me resolve the problem.

                                    Sir/madam, i am udipta ghosh from nitmas kolkata. My reference id is dt[protected]. I appeared for the tcsnqt 2020 exam on 3rd august at tcs gitobitan kolkata with a good preparation. The python and java environment was faulty in the third slot for me as well as for majority of students at the centre. Even the first line of my code (Input) was unable to execute. My machine number was c140. I told the invigilator but he said to copy and paste the code which was even useless. I lost my precious coding section. This is really unacceptable. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps.
