tcs alumni portal tickets are unaddressed

Hi i am nivedha[protected] i am not getting any response for the tickets raised in tcs alumini portal regarding corporate ffs recoveries
I have been charged for some amount on ffs recoveries i raised tickets to explain the recovery charges in details and they mentioned only if the amount is paid all soft copy documents will be shared
Recovery are his prm for non snr citizen and prof tax for full period...

I had applied for passport cover at Andheri PSK on 26 July 2019 and had done the payment of rupee 350. My receipt with No. PP[protected] is attached along with this complaint. The dispatched item was not delivered, the Telecom factory speed post office neither did they contact and when enquired at the post office they said it would be delivered and when kept trailing the mails for the status of courier it was returned meanwhile.

I would request you to resend the passport cover to my hometown address, as I have moved back recently. The address details for would be mentioned when requested

    I want to request my skills certificate from tcs and i'm not able to register myself on the tcs alumni portal despite filling in all the correct credentials as it is failing with the error that my information is not matching. I had raised a number of tickets (Ticket numbers - 414773, 415639, 418122) from the "contact us" link in the alumni portal regarding the same and did not receive any resolution. I'm not able to contact or reach out to anybody else regarding this issue being an tcs alumni. Please help me get this issue rightly addressed and looked into as i need the registration working urgently.

    It displays the processing screen for a long time and nothing happens. I have tried this a couple of times.

      Hello,

      I have contacted the tcs passport office team ahmedabad psk 2, manager gajendra sisodiya and hr manjusha several times but received no assistance so far.... Working days but not response will be received even in two months.

      I have issue that i'm getting response on the ticket raised on the tcs alumni portal that successful and get my pf in within 10 days but time is due above 10 days and i did not get my pf.

      Please wont answer as soon as possible.

        I am unable to submit the pf withdrawal process form. Before leaving i had submitted hard copy and was told i would be required to do nothing else. However alumni portal required me to fill the form. I have filled the form and uploaded both pan card copy and cancelled cheque copy, however there is an error that "pan card not uploaded". Hence unable to submit form. I have been trying this for the past one month. Raised multiple tickets with no response. There is no help desk number as well. I was given a last date of 7th august 2019 to fill the form. However my form remains un-submitted still now. My tcs id: 985574.
        I hope my pf amount doesnt get deducted because of portal issue.

          I have applied for pf withdrawal on 10th july by sending the hardcopies to thane address and they also acknowledged that they received it on 12th july and will be processed within 25 to 30 days, but till now the amount has not been credited. They don't have any contact numbers to verify. A ticket has been raised in their portal which has no response. Even the government is clearing the of withdrawal well before the stipulated time.

            I paid 350 rs for passport cover... At vadodara passport seva office its been 11 days i haven't received my passport cover and this is the message they send

            But in reality i cant track status... Feeling very disappointed on part of tcs

              Hello i am shweta parmar. Emp id - 1446137.

              A wrost mangement of tcs.

              A management of tcs have an authority to give the marriage leave to employee as there requirement. The head department have the authority of that but still they cant give me the leave of my marriage. Also no response about my call and text to wont permission of leave.

              And also after left the tcs,

              I have raised tickets with tcs thrice but i'm not getting any response. I need to withdraw my pf amount urgently. There's no helpline number also to raise my issue. What should i do? Please help me. I try to contect hr manjusha and admin but she did not give any respose. I also text her message about my pf issue but not responding.

              Wont answer about that as soon as possible.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I am an ex-employee of tata consultancy services. My service period as system engineer is from 18 july 2013 to 12 december 2014. My employee id is 735881. There was a bond for 2 year at the time of joining and as a security document i submitted fd reciept of rs.50, 000 with the lien noted in the favour of tcs from indian bank.

                I resigned the job before the bond period. I would like to state that i got released from tcs as per the procedure by paying the amount of rs.50, 000 to tcs for breaking the bond and got my fd reciept back.

                Now, when i tried to close my fd, the indian bank is asking for a letter from tcs stating that they had released the hold on my fd since in the fd the lien is noted in the favor of tcs.

                The problem is that i am not able to close my fd without the letter. So kindly provide me the letter stating that tcs has released the hold on my fd after checking my records.

                Kindly do the needful and help me resolve the problem.

                I contacted one of the HR in Tata Consultancy Services, they kindly helped me with this issue and sent the no Objection letter within 4 days. And thus complaint has been resolved.

                  Sir/madam, i am udipta ghosh from nitmas kolkata. My reference id is dt[protected]. I appeared for the tcsnqt 2020 exam on 3rd august at tcs gitobitan kolkata with a good preparation. The python and java environment was faulty in the third slot for me as well as for majority of students at the centre. Even the first line of my code (Input) was unable to execute. My machine number was c140. I told the invigilator but he said to copy and paste the code which was even useless. I lost my precious coding section. This is really unacceptable. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps.

                    There was a govt. Job exam at ion digital zone, bahadurgarh, patiala, punjab-140401 where they earlier charged rs. 20 at baggage counter and now they are charging rs. 30 for each baggage.
                    This is really a burden on the pocket of exam aspirants because they come from far areas and they have to carry mobile phone, two wheeler or four wheeler keys which are not allowed to carry in examination hall. So, they have to keep their belonging at baggage counter for which they are charging rs. 30 now.
                    The charges must either be reduced or waived for the benefit of exam aspirants.

                      I am unable to register to tcs alumni portal. I have paid the due amount described by ffs and i am unable to upload the document as i am unable to login. Kindly look into. I tried using the link sent by the ffs team and also mailed them regarding this and was no useful reply on it.

It was said that previous 3 years of form16 would be available in alumni portal. But they are not available.                           I have applied for encumbrance certificate online in
                          Eca/online/9169604/2019 dated 18.3.2019 through the portal tnreginet.gov.in maintained by your company.

                          I have paid around 450 rupees for the encumbrance certificate.

                          Now it has been more than 4 months and my certificate is still under "ec preparation" stage. I contacted [protected]@tnreginet.net and there is no proper response from them till now.

                          Please investigate the matter and let me have the ec immediately as it is already more than 120 days since i paid the amount.

                            I have resigned from tcs on aug-2018 but not received form - 16 for 2018 - 19 yet from tcs. I didn't get any information regarding this to my personal email id.
                            Also, not able to login into portal saying password is incorrect. I tried with forgot password option but not receiving temporary password to my personal email id. Is there any network issue?

                              I am getting an error when creating an account on the tcs alumni portal for pf purposes.

                              Ticket number 401634 was created but there is no activity on the ticket. There is no way i can call the tcs customer care where i can ask the details of the ticket.

                              I am required to pay the full and final settlement amount to tcs and in return get my pf processed.

                              Please look into the ticket or please provide me with a customer care number to discuss this further.

                                Sir,
                                I have filled a complaints 4 months back with tcs through kannivadi sub registrar office seeking resolving of incorrect entry in online encumbrance certificate. The encumbrance certificate did not reflect my actual document number and date of registration. Inspite of the complaint being active for about four months no effort was taken to rectify this small problem. Yet my complaints were closed on all occasions without any redressal. My complaints number are (2403388 ; 3074668). The attitude of the customer care personnel have been sickening to no end. No proper guidance were given, call were being cut abruptly, the staff were very rude and haven't done a single bit to help and resolve my problem at hand. Instead all i was told was that back end team was handling the issuses. I am raising a complaint regarding with inspector general of registration department to ensure that these staffs behave with more respect toward the general consumers.
                                Kindly ask your back end personal to help and rectify the problem.

                                  Pf transfer: already attached required form 13 for pf transfer but tcs people resolved that ticket (386026) just saying that i need to follow guidelines in the email, already followed them and submitted ticket 386026 along with form13. As do not find way to re-open ticket 386026, hence again opened ticket 403948 and again attaching my form 13. All information is added in form 13. Kindly attest it and proceed for my pf transfer asap. (Ticket 403948)

                                  Do not just close ticket with random message. Also there is no provision to re-open a ticket.

                                    I submitted the form to transfer the PF at the time of separation and since it takes time to create a new PF account and to transfer.

                                    But I am contentiously getting mails from TCS that, I need to take the immediate action on my PF account else they will transfer it to Senior welfare trust.

                                    The company has full fledged plan to eat an employee's rupees.
                                    Senior welfare trust? what is this. Even I am struggling in transferring or withdrawing the PF. Submitted all documents but no proper response
