Tata Consultancy Services — raised a ticket in alumni portal for ffs no response

I did not receive my ffs completely. I was due for my night shift allowance and some unknown debits. A ticket has been raised but i have not got any response from their side. When i send them a mail i have no response and neither is my hr responing properly or giving me a point of contact. The total ampunt constitues to about 3100 which is a huge amount. I tried logging into TCS Alumni Portal and faced a new issue - "You are not an authenticated user." I've even changed the password. I need to submit my PF Withdrawal form in order to confirm the Full and Final Settlement has been successfully settled. Please rectify this issue ASAP as I need to do the above by 4th Oct. 2019.

Gm sir, abhisek singh is posted In noida in TCS company as software engineer.he is always talk negative about tcs company.he is a like Anti social factor.his behavior is not coperative.so pls remove in this company .thanks sir
