Tata Consultancy Services — regarding bgc : wrong bgc process followed in my case

Dear sir/madam,
I am sushant chauhan, i joined tcs-innova on sept 18, deployed on project of sbi-tds reporting system, after one month my bgc got negative due to false information given by my college and same corrected and reverted on the same e-mail by the very next working day. After that i spoke with bgc team and they acknowledged that saying your documents are correct and we are working on that and this matter would be closed in couple of days and your bgs would be restored as positive. After one and half month they saying that we can't help it now. They are going to stick with same decision (Bgc-negative).

I have regular degree (Bca) with me and same you can verify on my university's website "https://tmv.directverify.in"

One of my classmate mr. Avinash chauhan (Emp_id[protected] from the same collage, batch and same university, is working with tcs on project of sbi-gst (Gitc)
His bgc is marked positive.
As i have already discussed with bgc team regarding comparing both o[censored]s but i don't know how bgc team has came to this point.

Today[protected] i went to meet bgc team but they refused to meet.
Yet any how i manage to connect over call, now bgc team saying that why your collage gave us wrong info? My ans is if someone else (Third person) is making mistake in his/her work, why it's going to take my bread and butter?

I am a married man and i have big family to feed, i am only a person in my family who is earning, living in rented house, tcs made me wait to this long (1 and half month) with no salary, now this decision..

On dec-03-2018 i wrote an email to few people from head-tcs-hr but not received any response till now. Please see the names below.

Requesting to please investigate this matter and solve my problem asap.
