I attended my TCS interview on March and I got a mail that I have cleared the Technical and Managerial rounds of the interviews conducted and this mail was sent on April 11 2023 by Radhika H - h.[protected]@tcs.com
I got the offfer letter from TCS on April 29 th 2023 and I have submitted all the documents which is required for the background verification process and I took 63 days for the date of joining on July 3rd 2023 as there is a policy in tcs that I have to join within 120 days from the date of offer and immediately I resigned my current organization on 27 th May 2023 as my notice period was 30 days in my old organization . Before a week of joining they sent a mail that there will be a document verification session on 23 rd June 2023 which was sent by Lourdu Thangam Dominica A L - dominica.[protected]@tcs.com

My TCS joining date is 3rd July . Suddenly I saw my DOJ has been changed to 10th July as they told me that my BGC is not verified yet .My Last working day 26 th june with my current organization as I served 60 days notice period.
Now they called me on 7th July 2023 and saying that currently there is no project and your background verification is not completed yet ! Your joining date will be on October of second week 2023 .
I checked with my recruiter and they mentioned it's TCS corporate decision and we can not do anything.
Currently I am on exit path in my current organization. having lot of financial liabilities.
How TCS as a global brand can do such things on the basis of TCS offer I have not looked for other opportunities.
I am requesting TCS HR please look into this issue asap . This is not acceptable from TCS as a global brand.
