I have resigned from TCS on 15/03/2019 and applied for PF withdrawal in TCS Alumni portal on 13/05/2019 and sent the hard copy of the requested documents to Corporate FFS Team address as mentioned through DTDC courier service.

When I first raised ticket on TCS alumni portal they said they didn't receive the documents. Later I found that courier was delivered and received by TCS personnel as they have provided the seal and signature as receipt of delivery. I raised another 2 tickets on the TCS alumni portal but haven't received any response from them.
As I am currently unemployed, I don't have any money and am living with my friends expenses.

I kindly request you to please help me settle my PF amount with TCS.

I have Paid 350Rs for passport cover. and it dispatched on 9th May 2019. and it reached the post office near my home. pin code 140603 zirakpur. but now i didnt received any notification at what day it reached that Post office. now its gone back somewhere. I dont know where? please helpme Out. where should i go out or whom should i contact!
